Awesome Service Advisors!!
The service advisors are great! Super easy to work with and they tell you exactly what you want and need to know. The work is done right the first time and if you just take that 2 minutes of extra time to make an appointment for your service like I do, they will have you in and out of there super fast!

Since purchasing our vehicle I have returned to Rick Case for all our service requirements and have always had good experiences with the Service Department. No complaints with Rick Case...Hundai...meh...not so great
2nd Sonata with engine problems. The 2014 engine blew up at 78K miles. Three months waiting for a new engine. I was dumb enough to buy a 2018 Sonata and at 25K miles the engine cut out doing 75 MPH on the interstate. Was told that step 1 is replace wiring harness. Will fix about 75% of the cars. The next step is replace the engine control module, but only after the same problem occurs. Talk about driving with stress waiting for the car to fail. If the engine control module won't work, causing the same engine failure, the last step is engine replacement. Obviously, I won't buy another Hyundai or recommend to anyone.
