Oil Change Punch Card
I was glad I accumulated 5 visits on my punch card because that makes this oil change free. Plus, I really take advantage of the overall inspections they do so I can try to get all recommended repairs done on a timely basis.

You guys know what you’re doing but you need to let the customer talk to the mechanic because I have no idea what is wrong with my car cus you have your secretary tell me what was going on and he has no clue cus he didn’t work on the car.

Can be overpriced at times.
Quoted me 500 dollars to replace my brake lines. Only one needed replaced so I replaced it myself for 20 dollars. You didn’t even quote me the price of just replacing the one. You only quoted me the price of replacing all of them. I have never come here and payed less than 5 or 600 dollars for fairly small things that shouldn’t cost so much. Don’t get me wrong they do amazing work and are very knowledgeable, just overpriced.

It took a bit more time than anticipated, but they would drop you off somewhere if needed.
They struggled to reset my Toyota sensors, but so does the dealership where I bought it. They wanted to disagree with me about some of the reset issues with sensors in my car, but did finally do as I asked once I said, “we should make a bet” on who is going to be right.
My biggest issue is that they wanted to replace a “cabin filter” for $107. I asked what this filter does and was told it cleans the air coming into my car. I will die of smog inhalation before I will pay that for a filter replacement. Further, upon some investigation it appears that is a highly inflated price. I work too hard for my money to be sold nonsense items. Luckily, life has given be experience enough to say “no” in these types of situations, but I don’t feel it’s right to even offer that to customers without fill disclosure of the necessity of the filter (which is about zero).
The owner was great once he was brought on to assist with some of the sensor issues; and, overall I have heard good things about this company. I believe today was not the best experience and hope it’s better moving forward.

A little upset
I gotta tell you - I've always had good service from the Auto Shop, but today when I got in my truck, the seat cover was skewed half way across the seat, the Service Engine light came back on after about 5 minutes of driving, and my ash tray is sitting crooked. I don't know if the dash had to be moved to fix the truck, but the ash tray wasn't like this before.
I will say that they are having me come in tomorrow to find out what the engine light issues are. But this isn't the service I've come to expect from the Auto Shop. Maybe someone was having an off day.

Per James' request we left spark plugs out of engine, Van was towed to and from the shop with worn out engine that does not run. Sorry for any mis-understanding.Danny

Great and friendly service, as always....but, longer wait time than usual this visit
My appointment was for 11:00, but it was close to 11:30 (give or take 5-10 min) before my car was taken back. I ended up getting back to work 15 minutes late.

Virginia said she liked everything. The gentlemen were pleasant and friendly. Her relative said they were priced high, so she did not have the work done. She will bring the vehicle back for light maintenance after he fixes the current repair problem. Everything was fine except the cost.
