Not too long of a wait, very friendly people
I did not have an appointment but did not have to wait too long to have a headlight replaced. Kelly was very friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned needing to replace my passenger side tail light assembly at some point and immediately Josh went outside with me, looked it over, took photos and I am awaiting an estimate for that.

Good brake job.
My brakes were vibrating terribly and Auto Shop got me an appointment pretty quickly and got it fixed the day I brought it in. I got a ride home from the shop that morning, and they picked me up at home when it was done to get it back. That was highly appreciated. My only concern is that after I got home I saw on the paperwork a note that said my muffler was leaking. That is a brand new muffler and I didn't know if I needed to do something about it immediately. Would have been nice had they pointed it out while I was there and told me how serious it was. I do, however, appreciate that they mentioned it at all. I'm no mechanic!

Eric said that in the initial quote he was given an estimate on the price of how much it was going to cost him to have his bearings replaced. They initially quoted him around $450 and it came back to be about $487. It was more expensive because they had to do a 4 wheel expense alignment vs a 2 wheel alignment. They misquoted the initial price of what it was going to cost him.
