The AC in my 2006 Chevy Tahoe stopped working right in the middle of a heat wave. I took it in and made an appointment for the next morning. When I got there they explained in detail what they were going to do. The mechanic pulled the Tahoe in and started to diagnose the problem. He came out a little later and said everything looked good, just really low on Freon. He explained that he will remove the remaining Freon in the system, wet, and then add additional Freon to get it up to specs. A few minutes later he pulled the Tahoe up front and said everything is set, you got cold air blowing. I was very impressed in the effort they took to let me know what was going to happen. I was also very impressed with the final price which I think is very reasonable. I highly recommend Westlake auto and tire and this will be my go to place anytime I need vehicle repairs in the future. They also have a really cool shop dog named Bo that keeps you entertained in the waiting room.
