William said his vehicle is doing great after the staff at this business serviced it. He appreciated that they were able to help out with transportation while they had it. However, when he first spoke with the staff, they told him they would be just changing the thermostat. He thought it would be the price quoted for the thermostat. But the next day they added time charges, which ended up more than he expected it would cost.
