When it rains, it pours
I was prepared for the Transmission Service and oil change, but not the Oil Leak and Air Spring leak found on my 2013 CLS550. After a long discussion and a estimate much higher then I wanted to pay, we agreed to repair only the problems that would allow safe driving. It took two days but Wurster's had me back on the road. Appreciate the frank discussion about the repairs and the prompt repair in 1 1/2 days. Up next, my 2006 Nissan Titans.

Terrible waiting room
This company does very good work and are nice folks. However their waiting room is real funky and not worthy of the clientele they serve. The couches are cheap, dirty and the coffee is cheap. How can they expect folks who bring in their $100-150k cars to be serviced to be comfortable waiting there? To me, it shows disrespect for their clients or just indifference. Granted, most customers don't wait, but certainly wouldn't want to wait if they had to. Dress up, clean & modernize your waiting room and you'll be treated with increased respect and credence as the mechanics you ascribe to be. STILL a good company I would recommend.
