No connected services afterv2022

No excuse for Genesis not to provide a replacement for the 3G modem that powers their remote start and navigation. I understand that Verizon is dropping that service but Genesis needs to come up with a solution instead of abandoning its owners of a 5 year old car. Other than that major shortcoming, my G90 has been perfect.

Quality is poor

2017 G90 5.0 less than 55,000 miles and been to dealer for repairs 19 times. Have never gone two months without a problem. Sitting in driveway right now and will not start. No indicator light or anything. I have owned 5 Lexus and only 1 went in for repairs. Can’t wait to dump this heap!’n

Good overall but could be better

Best value for your money, lots of standard features. Save 20K plus compare to LS/A8/S class. Ride and look much better than competitors such as Lexus LS500/Audi A7. Luxury soft-touch materials throughout the cabin. Need some improvement in handling. Valet service is not as promised. Need dedicated Genesis dealerships.

Nice Vehicle - But ....

Mostly good experience with this car, but a major flaw is the problems with getting it to shift into D or R with the electronic “shift by wire” system. Dealer has not been able to find problem. Valet service is nice, but dealer is very unreliable in picking up on time and sometimes with getting car back on time.

Beautiful Car

I really love the look and price of this car, but I have serious concerns with the electronic system in this car because I've had to place in the shop two times for the exact same thing, the car went dead and would not start or do anything. If these problems wouldn't have occurred, I probably would have purchased the car after the lease is up

BRAKE PROBLEM

I HAVE HAD VEHICLE BACK TO DEALERSHIP FIVE TIMES. THE DEALERSHIP DID REPLACEMENT OF PARTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK. THE LAST TRIP ALLTHEY DID WAS SCRAP THE BRAKE PADS AND TELL ME IT WAS A DRIVER PROBLEM. THAT REMARK IS TOTALLY UNLIKELY SINCE I HAVE PROBALE 35 OR MORE VEHICLE WITHOUT THAT PROBLEM ON ANY OF THEM

Great car BUT!

I love the ride of my G90. I enjoy driving the car and the amenities. My favorite is the driver assist display. However, I have had issues with my car that makes me worry it will not hold up long term. I wish the dealer offered door guards as all the paint nicks I have are from other's opening their doors into me.

2017 G90 Ultimate

Reliability of safty features and loss of warranty coverage will be the reasons i do not purchase this car at end of lease. For example while driving with active lane keep assist on and hands on the steering wheel the system will frequently, very frequently tell us to put our hands back on the wheel. Very frustrating. Some of the switch controls are placed in such a way that you can accidentally turn them on or off such as parking assist -very poorly placed switch. 360ﾟ camera as malfunctioned a lot. Dealer believes said he has found and fixed the problem remains to be seen - just got the car back this week.

Love the car but will not buy another one if the soy based wiring insulation issue is not resolved. Love how the car handles and rides, love the features. Would love to keep this car long term or buy a new one but will not do either until I'm assured there are no soy based issues under the hood.

G90 review

G90 is good car with nice interior and outerior design. Cruise control is very nice and I feel less tired. Only car is a lillte hevay so cornering is not good. Sound system is very nice. However, naviagation is not quite good and I think they need to change the concept.

2017 Genesis G90 Ultimate

My initial thoughts about the Genesis G90 are it is a wonderfully well-built and highly engineered automobile. Unfortunately, my particular G90 developed an engine issue that has yet to be repaired and my vehicle is entering it's fourth week at the dealership. Though that definitely tarnishes my overall opinion of the vehicle a bit. I still think the vehicle as a whole is an excellent vehicle and worthy of the accolades it has amassed over the years. Hopefully my total confidence will be reinstated once my vehicle is repaired and subsequent repair for the same is not warranted.
