Very undependable. Worst than my Jaguar. I could continue but I don't think curse words would be beneficial to anyone. I am severely disappointed in this car. I thought I was buying my wife a top of the line luxury vehicle and ended up with a LEMON!!!!!

I’ve already addressed my concerns in this customer service feedback. I’m utterly disappointed with the purchase, dealership, how the vehicles were turned in, and the drama associated with this brand. As a active duty military family we will never consider purchasing your product or walking into a dealership to buy one of your products again. Sorry for the feedback but it is honestly how we feel. This has been an ongoing issue since 2019. My spouse is deployed again and we are still dealing with this problem, lost money, and sleep over finalizing the problem.

Overall the vehicle needs many improvements to keep up with the competition. Fix the radio control to a push button. Improve the safety systems that specifically work all the time unless the driver turns them off. Be able to turn off the navigation system with voice commands.

Genesis G90

I drove about 3000 miles so far, the car is pulling to right side, mentioned to dealer during first service, they just changed quick oil and filter, over crowded. Asked me schedule another appointment for diagnostic check, I had to drive the car to the dealer for service, they are suppose to give the loaner and take my for car for service, they did not do. Disappointed.

Stay in the service to many timesI only had it listed in a year and I’ve done been in the service all 15 times with the car for different problems it is a new car edit also broke down on me on the road when me and my wife was on vacation That was really embarrassing we were Stuck on the road for two hours before help Came to find us

LOW PROFILE TIRES SUCK

Low profile tires SUCK! Poor road conditions in the northeast region keep damaging tires and rims because potholes are unavoidable at high rates of speed 55-75MPH on highways that are not properly maintained. The dealer stated that there is NOT suggested repair/ replacement direction coming from the Manufacturer on this issue. Therefore I have to go to aftermarket dealers to try and solve the issue on my own. This is unacceptable behavior and the manufacturer should provide a safe solution that will not change the performance of the car and will not void any warranties.

Genesis Dealer Network

I’ve explained my concerns while completing this survey. I experienced an engine misfiring recently thus I visited an authorized Genesis dealer for service only to be informed they no longer service my auto. I was informed I needed to call Genesis to seek help which I did at which time I was told Hundyai doesn’t have any control. I then contacted another authorized dealer which is 80 miles away. After a lot of work on my behalf i finally had my vehicle picked up at my home taken 80 miles to your dealer rep. Nine days later I had to travel in my own other car to pick up my Genesis, 80 miles one way a total of 160 miles round trip for an auto on warranty. I had to pay for this travel and inconvenience due to your poor dealer network and poor engine performance. Spark plugs (igniters) not reliable with 16,000 miles is crazy. For your company not to keep owners informed is poor communications and poor service.

Excellent vehicle, good quality Nice supple ride the first 4000 miles Have been exceptional , . The only thing I find difficult being 6‘2“ is entering or exiting the vehicle, the seats are exceptional performance is exceptional styling is an eight out of 10. The only advice I would give Is to offer optional wheel style

Generally satisfied

We had driven Lexus sedans for 30+ years. This is a big change. I love the looks of the G90. Rides well on long trips. Many nice features. It makes a good traveling car. Roomy trunk. It's not real easy to get in and out of. I also find the push button PARK gear a little cumbersome and often have turned off the car while it's in Neutral instead of Park. Just takes some getting used to. When it is in Park and I shut off the ignition, it seems to jump a little.

Genesis G90

I think the car is under powered with the v6 engine and the miles per gallon of fuel of 17mpg on long distance highway driving is not very good. Also the back up camera has a narrow view and at night is very poorly lighted. Everything else about this Genesis G90 is great. It is a pleasure to drive especially on long trips. Get many wonderful comments about this car. The interior is the height of elegance and the dash is beautiful.

Audio System

What is the use of monitors if you cannot watch them without some type of headphones? I would think there would be some type of bluetooth headphones for the money I spent. I have researched this and found no answer. I even asked the dealer who did not know the answer.

I have enjoyed this car so far. It is the quietest, smoothest riding of any car I have owned. It came equipped with every safety feature you would want. Voice recognition is really great. Ear phones connection is lacking for the media in the rear seats. Genesis should consider a retrofit on this. Also I dislike having to set the auto hold button each time I start the car.

Strong engine, user friendly entertainment system, spacious and superior safety features....must car to have and drive. It's the most well rounded and performance luxury car I have ever owned. It easy out performs Mercedes, BMW and Lexus by providing solid performance, comfort interior and plenty of technology that will cost you extra in others cars.

Luxury with a dash of Frugality.

I was searching for a long and elegant yet reliable cruiser and that is what Genesis G90 is to me. I am happy with it thus far. I do wish a couple issues were resolved such as arriving with a scratch on mirror and some things in the trunk that were detached with glue stuck on the back seat. Besides this the car drives well and very quick and comfortable.

Awesome

I have nothing but praise for the engineers and manufacturer of the Genesis brand. My last car was a Mercedes Benz S550, which was a great car. However, I have found in my Genesis G90, a car of equal attributes at a more affordable acquisition price. My Genesis G90 is flawless in overall performance and comfort.

Great car at a good value

This is a great automobile and a very good value for the money. It almost drives itself, but if you take your hand off the steering wheel you are asked to put your hand back on the wheel. The "Home" button is pretty intuitive considering the amount of information that it supplies.

Love My G90

I chose the Genesis G90 over the Cadillac CTS Sedan and the BMW 750I. I carefully considered price, performance, and amenities. In doing so the Genesis more than held its own against the cars I considered. I am pleased with what is offered for the price and would gladly consider another Genesis product.
