Think twice before buying.

Two things you need to think twice before buy if you come from luxury cars. (1) QUALITY. Yes, I agreed that GV80 has a beautiful design and all cutting features but quality seems not to keep up. That is why I traded in my E class. But I felt so regretful after two weeks. Firstly, the suspension is too firmed that I can feel all road defects on your seat. Note: Suspension wont change a bit between comfort and sport modes. The road noise is loud above 60mph, lot of rumble noise. Out of the dealer, my brand new GV80 vibrated around 75mph with a drone/whooping noise like something out of balance. (I could not find out the problem because Genesis dealers gave me only few miles to test drive. If it is a tire problem, then I am lucky. If not, there will be a long way to go because there are multiple components contribute to that noise type. (2) SERVICE. Yes in term of quantity, GV80 has a longer warranty than other manufactures. But in term of quality, I dont think they treat you like other luxury brands. You will be treated like a Huyndai customer service. You have to fight for every problem you have. When I tried to book my appointment for the vibration problem online, next available slot is 28 days from now. I had to drive back to the dealer and face-to-face complained with them. They did a test-drive, acknowledged the problem but it took another 10 days to rebalance the tires. Now wait again.

GV80

Phenomenal new SUV. Genesis has done a Great Job entering the SUV Space. The GV80 is the first but certainly won’t be Genesis last foray into the SVU space. Would like to see the interior space increased slightly, especially in the second row. Overall I look forward to what the 2022 will look like.

excellent product-Poor supporting parts availability

I am in the automotive industry, and rarely get the 16 year old excitement about a car but this one gives me that feeling. Unfortunately, I was hit from the rear and now find out that parts availability is very poor and being told a minimum of 6 weeks to get parts. I only had the car for about 3weeks and now wont't be able to drive it again until about 3 months. Thats my negative feed back about the car, it parts are not reasonably available, then the car is unreliable to have confidence can be repaired in reasonable time.

I am very satisfied with the vehicles look, value and performance. I would compare my vehicle to BMW and Mercedes. I did test drive a Bentley and felt, for the value, the Genesis was as stylish and comfortable as all the others. Very pleased with the vehicle.

Hidden Gem

This is a very nice vehicle significantly better than the comparable Audi. I am completely satisfied except the wiring harness for a trailer which i paid for was not installed. Otherwise 1000 miles in i am very satisfied with the vehicle. Some additional how to videos would be nice and would help.

Dream car

Amazing experience, very happy! Car is pretty much what I been wanting for a high end car. I’m a business woman and I feel the car fill expectations to our life style and it represents the best of us. I feel I can compete in ownership with other brands like Audi, Mercedes, BMW , Porsche, etc and not feel behind in every aspect.

I love love love this vehicle!! Luxury plus with a reasonable price!!! It is very quiet and comfortable. It’s like riding on clouds. Radio is great and the I look forward to taking long trips in it. The ambiance is definitely there. Why pay more for a Mercedes or Bimmer when you can get the Genesis?

Great

I’ve owned over 40 vehicles in my lifetime I started out with American mainly GM Detroit Steel then I went European. Then six Jeep’s until my nephew told me Jeeps were played out. Then two Range Rovers, then two Mercedes Benz and everything else under the sun but the GV 80 is probably one of the best vehicles if not the best vehicle I have ever owned and I’m not just saying that, when I can buy almost any vehicle that is made.

In love with my GV80!

Wonderful luxury car with exceptional design and newest technologies. Bought it brand new once they released a new model, both interior and exterior is made out of luxury materials with attention to details. Great experience driving, no complaints. Highly recommend!

Great vehicle

Great styling and options. A true pleasure to drive! We shopped the various other vehicles in this class and the GV80 was overall the winner. Loaded with options and easy to customize for each driver. Have taken several long trips and the GV80 made it a pleasure.

Genesis GV80

I love this vehicle, but I feel that it was overpriced. The ride is comfortable, it handles wonderfully. I like the interior design and the exterior design. The gas tank is small for a SUV of it’s size. Genesis charged me more for my GV80 with same trim as another on the lot. The only difference was the color and when it came in. I paid 61,590 and the other one was 59,590. I felt like they cheated me.

I freakin love my Genesis

My only complaint after having the vehicle is addition cup holders in the back. Other than that it is a phenomenal vehicle. Super quiet outside and inside. I would purchase again in a heartbeat! If your in doubt go ahead and purchase the GV80. You definitely won’t regret it!

GV80 Advanced Adriatic blue with dune interior.

My GV80 is the preferred exterior and interior option, Adriatic blue with dune interior. Extremely comfortable, good performance, it took me about 200 miles to learn the shift patterns especially from stop to acceleration. Looking forward to taking a long road trip. Good size and comfort especially in rear seats.

Love the gv80

We love our gv80. Very comfortable and the ride is very quiet. I get many looks and compliments. Love the interior design and the exterior is beautiful. Easy to drive. Interior lighting is wonderful. Exterior lights are very clear. Will definitely recommend Genesis to friends.

Best Vehicle Ever Owned

This is the most comfortable, quiet, luxury SUV that I could ever imagine, much less own. The performance is there when you need or want it, but the true value is really apparent on long road trips. Also, as an 80+ old car guy, I really appreciate the high level of safety provided by the lane keep assist, the adaptive cruise control, the forward attention monitoring system and all of the emergency braking and accident avoidance systems.
