My BFF

My Element is my Solace! It has gotten me to Florida and back to Las Vegas ..luvs roadtrips! It is a classic since it is a manual 5 speed! My fast and the furious ! I luv my honda ! I am a honda girl..have had every model practically!!

Love it!

Title says it all. I have an '04 Element w/ 225k and starts like the day she was born in '04! Too bad they aren't made anyone, but the Honda CRV is very similar to my Element. My Honda Element is an excellent smaller SUV.

Best Car Ever

I love this car. Period. There aren't any bells and whistles. It is as simple as it comes. However, the utility and dependability this car offers is amazing. Whether buzzing around town as my daily driver, or heading up to the mountain to explore some trails, this car is always ready. The handling is great, the cost to keep and run it is great. I have zero complaints. I am sad they no longer make them because I would definitely invest in another when this one decides to quit.....which is not time in the near future. I regularly get above market value offer for my car, and happily decline them all. I will never sell it. Ever.

Love it!

I love it and hope is brought back. My husband lend me his Element right after I totaled lost my 2011 CRV. And I feel so safe in the Element specially after the accident. This vehicle has protected me and our family, and for this I am thankful.

Reliable

I appreciate my car a lot. Not many bells or whistles, but it is incredibly reliable and affordable to maintain. I drove it across the country when I moved here to CO with both of my parents and everything I owned, and it's been a great car here. I'm thankful for it.

Love My Element

I have a 2004 with almost 100k miles on it. It is the most reliable vehicle I have ever driven. I bought a newer Yukon and drove it, mostly, for 3 years but ended up selling it and going back to driving my Element full time. It gets much better gas mileage, with the 5-speed standard transmission is much more fun to drive. The cargo space, with both back seats folded up, will carry most furniture and many boxes. I have only had a couple of occasions when something I wanted to haul would not fit. The Element is just about perfect in every way. It is surprisingly crash worthy, due to the tough plastic with just a thin metal veneer. I was broad- sided when another car ran a stop sign-the car literally bounced on the tires across the road but did not turn over and did not bend any of the frame. I love this little car and will keep it forever!

Best Car Ever

I love everything about the Element. Easy to drive, easy to clean. I had a man stop me at the grocery store and ask if I wanted to sell it. The seats not only lay back but you can fold them up on the side making plenty of room to haul things. Its too bad they do not make them anymore so I will try to keep it running as long as possible.

Work horse

This is a tough terrific car for towing behind our RV and is also my dog vehicle. It is wonderfully versatile. I have over 100,000 miles on it and plan on another 100,000.

I love my Honda Element

My Honda has never given me issues besides regular maintenance. It has been such a reliable faithful car. It has been fun to camp and off-road in, great for a drive in movie awesome sound system with a factory sub. It is so versitile, it has helped me move houses 3 times been loaded to the max with car project parts- engines, I have towed a vw bug with it and have transported motorcycles inside the element. I bought it new in 2004 and it is 2017 and still running great looks pretty good and has over 231,000 miles. I talked my good friend into buying a used one and he seems happy with his purchase also. I would buy another element if they still made them, I also am thinking about buying a used lower mile Element when mine finally decides to take a rest or I'll just get a rebuilt motor and keep on trucking.

Amazingly engineered transportation

Tho looking like it's a cross between a milk truck and a DC-3, the Honda Element is amazingly engineered transportation! Ultra-reliable, such that if you just do the maintenance basics, it will serve as your dependable daily ride for over a decade. Now coming up on 190,000 miles since 2004 when bought new, I'm looking forward to the next 100,000! Yup!

Probably the best used car I have ever owned. Bought it in '06 and it still runs great. Repair costs have been minimal. I wish Honda still made them. I'd buy another one in heartbeat.

A Great Little Car

I first thought this was funny looking, but after 13 years and close to 100k miles, and many loads of furniture and building materials, this is one of the best cars I have ever owned. I got it brand new, and have had minimal service issues. It is a 5 speed-I replaced the clutch at 60K miles; however,the majority of my driving was within a 5 mile radius of my inner- city home, but this little car does great on the highway too. Drove it to California twice, through the desert then the mountains. The only issue it does have is the wind. It is considered "high profile" and does get a little shaky at high speeds when it's windy, but I'm talking at 70-75 mph. Never has been a real problem. I got broad-sided by a camry going 35 from out of nowhere. The Element just bounced across two lanes and I was not hurt. It dented the door but not the frame. I have used it for my remodel business-because of the shape, it will fit doors, long shelving, 2x4s, I have moved all kinds of furniture: dressers, full size mattresses, tables, pretty much everything I ever tried. The back seats fold up, the front passenger lays completely down flat. I pulled a U haul trailer across states with no problems. I love this little car and I am sad it isn't being made anymore. I will keep it and drive it as long as possible!

I love my Element!

This was my first and only car I've ever owned. I have been driving my Element for 13 years! I never want to drive a different car! I only recently had my AC compressor go out, but I have not had any other major issues with my car. I have hauled couches, washer & dryer, large coffee tables, bicycles, dogs and more in this car! It is very versatile and fun to drive. I really hope it lasts forever!

Element Performance

My '04 Honda Element is a 'truly' remarkable vehicle: Over 260,000 miles with minimal expense. Performs reliably in all situations. Functional for most needs. Comfortable and economical with a 25 mpg. Most all parts still original. Safe operation in all weather and road conditions.

Best Car Ever

I purchased my Element in 2007 when I was moving back to OKC. The back seats lay back and can fold up on the sides to give you lots of room for hauling. The back seats sit up a little higher than the front seats for a better view. Drives great in rain and snow with all wheel drive. There is no carpet so it is easy to clean. The cargo doors make it easy to get in and out of the back seat. It makes me sick that they do not make it any more so I keep the maintenance up to date to keep it running good.

Honda Elements

The Element is a discontinued model that is in high demand for people who use them as general 4WD vehicles ands use them to take dogs to training, dog shows and other events. The 4WD is excellent..The vehicle has some quirks that do require attention
