new car smell

its new so its hard to find anything wrong right now. they sold me and I paid for permaplate sealant. called Permaplate they had no info that my car was covered. went back to Hyundai and they said to call a number to schedule the service. no apology no nothing. called number scheduled appt, at appt it took 50 min to apply coating. In 50 minutes how good can it be.

A great daily car but could use some fine tuning

- The available power is good - No issues with the brakes yet but would prefer some stronger initial bite - the throttle response is too slow. Even at the most "sportiest" setting, there is still a lag. - the clutch has way too much freeplay. This should be adjustable. - The throttle pedal placement is too far down. Difficult to heel-toe. - A better octane learning feature - The stock tires are okay for the every day driver. Would have preferred properly sporty.

Nice fun

Wish they had them when I was younger. 70 years old and love driving. I sold my hellcat because of health problems and replaced with the n to go back and forth to hospital. Good gas mileage

Would be a 5 star but this Octane learning is the bane of my existence

Like the title states would be a 5 star but the Octane learning is so frustrating the only other thing that you can criticize about the vehicle is the wired apple Carplay everything else is great unfortunate that they gave this car the worst octane learning to ever exist.

Fun car until it broke

The only reason it isn’t a 1 is because when I first got the car it was a blast to drive. At 6500 miles the car lost half of its power and has been at the dealership for a month. It’s had a turbo,cat, and o2 sensors put in it which didn’t resolve the issue and is now having both fuel pumps replaced in hopes of a repair being made.

An eye opener

I have been into cars and their performance, my whole life, that being said I always had fast cars that performed well , I sold my “fun” car (2016 Subaru wrx Sti) so my wife could go to college, I told her I will have another fun car one day, so fast forward and she was looking at a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan hybrid, while I was there they had and Elantra n and the sales person said I want you to check this out … I ended up driving it and fell absolutely in love 😻, the fallowing week my wife and I came home with 2 brand new Hyundais

Most fun car for the $$$

Other than my previous Veloster N, this is the most fun car I have owned. Do miss the hatchback, but otherwise great car, especially for the price.

Best budget performance car on the market

All in all is a very solid fast and fun car to drive handled corners like no other. The only downside side I would say is no spare tire and the rim size makes it hard to find replacement tires without ordering them. Also wish the Hyundai badge on the front was ether not there or a N same with the back kinda wish the Elantra wasn’t on it.

My favorite car so far!

Fun to drive! Awful MPG!

I have the 6-speed manual & it’s a very fun car to drive. The gas mileage is awful though, worse than advertised. And the parking sensor goes off randomly once in a while.

Best fun for the price

This car is a real blast to drive. In normal, it's just a regular, peppy little sedan with a fidget spinner (manual) for a transmission. But push that N button and it becomes loud, aggressive, steering becomes taut & precise, and the car becomes FAST. The styling is aggressive and modern. The seats are comfortable, well bolstered, and attractive, with leather and alcantara, with a cool glowing N. And yet it still has all the practicality and safety features of an Elantra. You're not going to have more fun for 35k and still be able to take 5 people when needed.

Elantra N - Fantastic Driver’s Car

This vehicle destroys all others in its price and purpose. It punches far above its weight. Of course there are faster and more luxurious cars, but for around $35000 for the manual transmission, I truly do not believe you can find a better, new vehicle. Everyone will still think it’s the N-Line though, which is a whole different platform.

Loving my new car!!! No regrets.

I simply enjoy driving my car. My enjoyment isn't based on that it's new but on the smile it puts on my face every time I'm behind the wheel. I like the design and aesthetics. I've always owned cars that were unique or added modifications to separate my car from the general population. I like the power, more than most cars on the road and definitely enough to get in trouble. My favorite points of the car so far.... * The look....it's sharp, purposeful, and different. Some people say it's an acquired taste. But I'm happy and that's most important. The seats are very nice. Acquired taste or not, when people see the seats and interior lighting they always compliment the design. * The exhaust note....sooo sexy sounding, and it's stock. I may not upgrade the exhaust because the stock exhaust sounds amazing. * The performance....I've only daily driven the car, but I like how sporty and powerful it feels. I'll need to do a track day to really learn my car's capability and limit. I would like more power eventually, but I'm satisfied with the stock power and having warranty coverage.
