Genesis Brakes

Had to replace brakes at 21,131 miles, customer paid total cost. Genesis/Hyundai could care less, Will not but another Hyundai product and will relate my experience to friends and family. Brake should not have to replaced after 21,131 miles.

Great car

My Genesis has been extremely reliable and very enjoyable to drive. I still receive numerous positive comments on the looks of this vehicle. In 7 years, I have had only 1 little back up sensor replaced, no other repairs have been needed.

5.0 rspec

I absolutely love my Genesis. Wouldn't trade it for.....anything @ this point. Replaced tranny and motor @130k(tranny) and 140k(engine) but I drive 1k miles/week. ...................LOVE MY 5.0 RSPEC

We bought our car off the show room floor. We have the 5.0 engine. I have to say this is the best car I ever bought. The comfort, the performance, the appearance and the bells and whistles are unmatched.

Up Genesis!

A great ride. Very comfortable and relaxing. Though, it has so many features, they are easy to use and add to its safety and reliability. Its Cameras and their sensors are very compensating to the drivers blind spots. Just love it but my wife is driving it more now until I buy her a new SUV!

Great comfort ride, great gas mileage, body style is beautiful. Good price. I would purchase this vehicle again depending on the body style and price. There should have been an outlet for cell phone and or other devices in the back passenger seats

CAN'T BEAT THE GENESIS

I love my Genesis. Although it would be nice to have a brand new one, there are things on this car that the new ones don't have, like the built in DVD player and the 17 speakers that come with it. If I need to hang out for a family member or a friend, I can actually play a DVD while waiting. The car is very comfortable and I also like the titanium grey color with the metal flake. I love the amenities that this car has, and overall it's a fantastic value. When I first purchased it, I was getting complements for at least the first 3 years! Also, believe it or not, on the highway I've gotten as much as 33 MPG. (on premium) That's better than some small 4 cylinder cars.

The Genesis

I don't see many of these models here in Portland, OR area but I do love it. Comfortable, luxurious, a pleasure to drive. I owned a large Mercedes for 20 years and love driving this much more and it feels every bit as safe and it looks great.

❤️ my Genesis

I have absolutely loved my Genesis and would like another when I replace this one. I have almost 122,000 miles. I sell real estate and get a lot of compliments on my automotive! Since I have wings on the car, I have been asked over and over, “Is that a Bentley? “ When I had an issue w transmission, Priority’s warranty took care of replacing it! No problem! They stand behind their word! Integrity! When I am ready to let go of this gem, I will purchase another, if they have not been priced out of my range of budget! ?

Over 7 years old and still a great road car

The engine is the Star of this vehicle. That 3.8 has a nasty snarl when you step on it. Did not need the V8. If you put it in manual it will outrun most any sedan out there. It also has great cruising chops. I've driven from DC to Ga on many occasions and in this case those 11 hours go by easy. Also have not had any major mechanical issues to date however, just started having issues with my multi function controller and rear camera however, my extended warranty should cover this . Best car I've ever owned!

My 2012 Hyundai Experience

It is a pleasure to drive, and I love all of its features. I am especially impressed at how well the body holds a wax and shine. I was disappointed at having to replace the transmission at less than 50,000 miles, but it at least was without charge due to the warranty. I also expected somewhat better mileage and having to use premium fuel drives up the cost to operate the vehicle, but it is a Luxury model and not entirely unexpected. I think the car has held up very well over the years and is in great shape, almost like new, really. It was a great buy pre-certified by Hyundai.

Our 2012 Genesis

We purchased this car about 15 months ago from Nashua Hyundai. It is a fantastic automobile. I am a autophile who studies every car that I have purchased. I have a 2006 Lincoln LS and a 2003 Corvette ZO6. Why? Because all three cars are made to last and are timeless. The Genesis gives you the best of everything. I will purchase another one when the time comes.

Love Our Genesis

My wife love her Genesis and I enjoy driving it as well. Picked up friends last night and they raved about the legroom in the back seat (he's 6' 3") and commented that they thought it was a Mercedes when we picked them up and they got in the car. Another friend who has driven the top of the line Lexus bought a new Genesis G90 after experiencing our car and hearing our comments.

Unreliable. $10k in repairs under 100k miles

Bought Certifed 2013 Genesis 3.8 Premium Tech package in 2013 with 17k miles. Cruise Control malfunctioned because laser radar censor was broken and not covered under warranty... it was CERTIFIED with 17k miles and they wanted $3800 for it after I drove it off the lot!!! Then another $4000 replacing the HECU at 75k miles right after I almost drove the car through the house because the brakes went out (HECU). Fought the warranty company on that one. And $1800 for a new fuel tank that had a HOLE in it at 100k miles... a hole with no external impact, just defective and the dealer did not offer any kind of relief being just outside of warranty. The car has shut off many times on its own causing safety issues and the dealer can’t figure it out. Tons of electrical problems. I will never buy a Hyundai again

I love my Genesis. It’s comfortable for a road trip. It’s easy to maneuver in the city or to park. It’s also beautiful. I get many compliments on it. I’ve had it seven years now, it drives just as well as when I took it off the lot.

Best car I have ever owned!

I have owned, Lincoln LS, Audi A6, Acura MDX & RDX Toyota Camry, Ford Mustangs and a GMC Yukon XL. My Genesis is the best car I have ever owned, it have been free of any breakdown problems or others since new. My Genesis still looks and rides like the day I drove off the showroom floor! Everyday I say what a great car. If I ever sell, A new Genesis will be on the list.

Before this Genesis we drove 3 Lincoln Town Cars, we bought 2 of them from Ladin.

We love the Genesis. It's comfortable, drives nicely and it's big enough for 4. Our grandsons are getting too big to ride in the backseat. One is 6'4" and the other one is 6'5". I don't have any more to say.

A great vehicle in everyway

I have owned this car since January off 2013. It now has 87000 miles. I just recently replaced the battery. I have never gotten over six years of life from a battery. The only issues I have had with it are: the motorized drivers seat was making a weird grinding noise and was replaced free of charge at 35000 miles. I finally had to replace my front disc pads at 84000 miles. In the past I have been lucky to get 35000 miles from my first set of pads. And just recently my air conditioner compressor froze, but that was most likely because I let the issue with the battery go on for a couple of weeks. The 1400 dollar repair was handled without question by my extended warrantee that I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this car. The ride is quiet even now with no rattles or funny noises. I average 20 miles to the gallon in town and I tend to drive with "purpose" and not like my grandmother would. :) Right now it works so well that I have desire to trade, but my next car will most likely be the G80. Kudo to Hyundai for a great job. Signed, Loving my car.
