The incredible GENESIS

I have owned 5 Hyundais culminating with my 2013 Genesis. As far as I am concerned, it is the best looking car ever made. By far, it is the most comfortable car that i have owned. When I am ready to purchase a pre-owned Genesis, I plan to purchase it from Gettel. Hopefully, you will never forget that service is your most important product.....with excellent service comes sales, sales, sales. Once you lose site of that, then sales takes a dive. I have experienced this with several of the northern dealerships that I have done business with, and as a result, you have benefited by their loss of perspective. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Hyundai Genesis. An awesome car.

My Hyundai Genesis has exceeded every expectation that I had, when I bought the car. I'm extremely happy with the engine performance, the ride (very smooth ride) and with the accessories that came with the car. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is a USB port behind the rear view mirror. Adding this as another accessory would make things so much easier, if the driver uses a dashcam (as I do).

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY 2014 GENESIS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR. IT RIDES LIKE YOUR DRIVING ON A CLOUD, NO JOKE! EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER RIDDEN IN MY GENESIS IS SO SUPRISED AT HOW SMOOTH THE RIDE IS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CAR IS JUST BEAUTIFUL AND CLASSY. THE SEATS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE, THE INTERIOR IS PLUSH AND BEAUTIFUL, THE GPS, STEREO AND SPEAKERS ARE OF QUALITY, AS WITH ALL THE OTHER MANY UPGRADES. AS FOR THE RELIABILITY, I CAN HONESTLY TELL ANYONE, THAT I HAVE ONLY HAD 1 OR 2 SMALL LITTLE PROBLEMS THAT WERE EASY FIXES AND HAVE NEVER HAD ONE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR. HYUNDAI OUT DID THEMSELF WITH THIS MODEL. MY NEXT CAR WILL BE ANOTHER GENESIS! THANK YOU HYUNDAI! SHERI R.

The Hyundai Genesis has provided excellent service and reliability. Most of my driving is short trips and the vehicle has performed flawlessly even from the moment of a cold start on a cold day. I have only two complaints. The poor quality of the tires from the factory, (they barely lasted 20,000 miles) and the donut for a spare tire. I expected better especially because of the quality of the rest of the vehicle.

Performance R-Spec Genesis

Absolutely the best performance sedan for the money. Great value and plays way above its price range. Puts the E class to shame. Had no problems or issues and looks just like it did in the showroom. Absolutely no degradation in comfort, performance, fit or finish after 5+ years. Looks Showroom fresh.

I love my Genesis. Its the second one I have had

I had been in the automobile industry for my entire career (40 yrs) So I got to see and drive many cars. The Genesis was one of a few vehicles worth the money. The styling and performance turns heads.

I love my car! I bought the car used. I have been absolutely in love since I first laid eyes on it. A sharp, sexy car with punch. Even with the newer models out now I feel like I’m driving the hottest looking vehicle on the road. I am glad that I decided to buy it.

Love this car so much I bought the exact same model (different color is all) for my daughter!!! Pretty certain I will never deviate from the Hyundai Genesis Sedan as it's reliable, unique looking and all the performance you would ever need including quick pick up and handling!

Best Csr

This is the best , trouble free car I've ever owned. Only needed a battery replacement since 2013.I meet all my service dates and its just great, Thank you. I wish they'd not changed the front grille.

Comfort & Quality

Comfortable ride and it appears to be a quality build vehicle with great performance and pickup. Navigation system should be simplified to be more user friendly. Certain features on the steering column are to close to the steering wheel thereby, being hit accidentally and unintentionally.

This vehicle has been a delight since being purchased.It is a solidly built and smooth driving instrument. My long distance driving seems effortless. This car is a joy to drive. It has a very classy appearance that will definitely turn heads. If I decide to purchase a newer model, I'll continue to hold on to this car. It's great !

Performance and Ride

Very impressed the quietness and comfort the Genesis gives me. The handling and power it has got me out of a few close calls on the thruways. Plenty of room for passengers and plenty of accessories to keep you occupied.

Great car

Love the car. Seat belt connect had to be replace. Truck connect had to be replace. Leather in the center front has started to come apart. Little to no maintenance is required. I have only 50,000 miles on my car and the leather should not be cracking this soon. Aside for these areas. great car.

Performance Wrapped in Luxury

I purchased the 2013 Genesis R-Spec in 2015 after it came off lease. I had looked at all the luxury brands, but I kept coming back to this vehicle. I have always loved the Mercedes E-class and the Lexus ES 350, but the price of ownership was prohibitive for me I don't mind spending the $50k to buy it, but service costs were very high beyond the warranty period. The luxury performance sedans are anazing, and I kept searching until I discovered the Genesis R-Spec. I saw it purely by accident parked in Dallas at a co vention. I mistaked it for an E-class and was intrigued. After much research, uncluding service costs, I was convinced this was the car: 429 hp V8 with 8-speed automatic; power everything; sport suspension, interior luxury that equaled the E-class. Simply beautiful: A panther wrapped in luxury. With the R-Spec, there are no further options except some entertainment cables. Sure, the vehicle (in 2019) is a bit dated, but when compared to the current Mercedes E-class and Lexus ES models, the basic lines are still relevant. The performance is unmatched in this vehicle. It is truly a beautiful vehicle. I am considering the upgrade to an off-lease Genesis G80 or G90. Again, Genesis has overtaken the others in their design, performance, and luxury of this next generation Genesis.

nice comfortable and quiet car. Detailing is good and the materials are first quality. The info screen is a bit too small and there is no way to upgrade the nav system by the owner. Long trips are a joy and the gas mileage is about 33-35 mpg at 70 mph.

A great sporty sedan.

I previously owned a Lexus ES 350. The Genesis has a more sporty feel with rear wheel drive, and quick off the pedal. It has a stiffer feel to the suspension than the ES 350 and lower to the ground, but if you like a sporty luxury ride this car is it!

2013 Hyundai Genesis

My retirement car is a 2013 Genesis, she is 6 yrs. old, and no major problems. I love the comfort and driving experience of my Genesis and all the accessories (fully loaded), a sunroof top, and she is a high-end vehicle without the cost. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle. I WILL ALWAYS DRIVE A HYUNDAI. The cost is reasonable, no problems with the service department, and a free car wash after each service visit (regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation & balance, etc...). Customer service is great! I LOVE my Hyundai Dealership.

Exceptional Genesis

This is the very best vehicle we have ever purchased in the last 50 years! We have had NO mechanical issues. The computerized door locks and side view mirror controls went bad after four years, but these were replaced FREE OF CHARGE because of the Hyundai 5 year-50,000 mile warranty. This vehicle has speed and when we purchased sport tires two years ago, the ride became more quiet with a much smoother ride.
