Ongoing issue not being addressed

Overall I do love the vehicle but I have been waiting for over months for my local Hyundai dealer to address an issue that I believe is related to the dual clutch transmission. I brought the vehicle in and your mechanic was able to detect the issue. Since then, I have been waiting for a loaner and have called repeatedly to find out when one might be made available but I continue to be stonewalled.

High Tech. Lower Cost Great Value!!!

This Vehicle was replacing a Toyota Sienna XSE, due to issues with electric motor cable connection. This was an available Hybrid option to Toyota. Honda does not offer a hybrid model in the minivan model. We found it to be a good value for the money. The Tech features were better than the Toyota, the adjustable regen braking is a better feature for increasing regen on downhill roads. The Turbo charged motor has more pickup than the Toyota. The dual phone chargers are great feature in this model. Overall the size of the vehicle is perfect for my needs.

Great Car. Wonderful technology. Magnificent safety features. Needs more physical buttons and dials instead of touch and touchscreen items. Engine needs a bit more power. Wonderful gas mileage. Ton of interior room.

Great looks, some faulty oversights.

Vehicle looks great and runs well overall, but it pretty loud. However, the quality is less than desirable. I had the steering wheel swapped out shortly after purchase because of strange material warps (that has begun again on the new one.) Plastic items from the seats and armrests are popping off and breaking. The button panel on the passenger seat (that faces the driver) is separating from the seat. And when driving in the snow/sleet, the debris piles up on the front of the vehicle terribly and causes all of the driver assist options to malfunction/deactivate. The front cup holders are also annoying and hard to get drinks in/out of for the driver!

Unresolved issue

Santa Fe calligraphy

I like everything except the portion of the steering wheel which trackers my eyes. It is very annoying and frustrating and I wish it could be disabled. It is a horrible feature.

Everything is fine except for the stupid "You might want to take a break message." This is continuing to be the most annoying feature of this vehicle. Otherwise it has been a nice vehicle.

multiple problems

passenger power seat motor failed and replaced liftgate not functioning properly and required repair steering wheel bushings had to be replaced window washer reservoir tube leaked and had to be replaced rust on edges of paint on liftgate had to be temoved and repainted
