Great car but not as good as the non hybrid

So with gas prices skyrocketing, i wanted to get the hybrid version of my 020 sonata because i loved that car. I did research and decided to pull the trigger. Not sure if it's the specific one I got but overall performance seems worse than my old sonata. Obviously hybrid nets you more but it hasn't reached the estimates they provided. Besides that, the regenerative braking seems clunky and makes braking feel non smooth. the gears tend to stay longer than they should making the rpms usually high and loud. The dash UI changed and made it more confusing. I do like my new sonata hybrid but definitely disappointed in how clunky it feels compared to the standard model. Test drive it and do a lot of research before changing.

Great vehicle, great price, great fuel efficiency

I've had the car a little more than a month and put about 2000 miles on it. With the hybrid limited version I typically see around 50mpg, and on some local trips more than 55mpg! The car feels nicer than a Volkswagen Passat I used to own, and the warranty gives me some peace fo mind that this car won't be as unreliable as the Passat (by the end it was in the shop every couple of months -- under a special Diesel warranty, but still ridiculous). It came with some features I didn't expect, such as HUD and the very nice top-down view available while parking; before now, I've only seen an HUD on an Alfa Romeo, and the top-down view on a Mercedes! Sure, I'm probably out of touch, but I got all this for much less than the cost of an average vehicle these days; I just hope the car's reliability pans out, as well!

Sonata Hybrid Limited

The 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited checks all of the boxes for a vehicle we wanted to purchase. The Sonata comes with all of the features one could want as standard features, whereas with Honda Accord and Toyota Camry, you have to select additional packages. The safety features are amazing and the warranties are outstanding, outpacing all other vehicles by miles. We have enjoyed being able to drive to Las Vegas to visit family and still have about 200 miles left in the tank to drive around with, and we drive from Clovis, CA. Love the gas mileage, way better than my Jeep Wrangler.

Beautiful styling and GREAT MPG

I am loving the new sonata hybrid sel. It gives me the advertised MPG. git nice styling . And has very very important and useful features included like . Lane keep assist and driving assist. The music system. The android auto and apple car play works seamlessly.

Getting over 50 miles per gal

With the cost of gas going up, I wanted a car that got great gas mileage. I tried a Prius but there was a six month wait. The Hyundai was available and on the lot. The car gets over 50 miles to the gal. My wife and I love it.

Worth for money

worth for the money but there is room for some features need to be upgraded to make it easy like wireless carplay and soundproof cabin when you are driving on highways and smooth transmission while switching ev to power.

Huyndai Sonata Hybrid Limited 2023

Highly recommended. Great car for driving on the road. I like when the trunk automatically open when detecting smart key within a few seconds, but I don’t like the fuel filler door always unlocked when we forget to lock the car!

Great car, getting twice the mileage on my work drive.only time ii is loud is during backup, the car come with backup noise. We are enjoying the car but the finance officer did no put the correct vin down and now dealing with fixing their error.

2023 sonata blue hybrid

2023 sonata blue hybrid is a very fine sedan and very reasonably priced. Gets great gas mileage, ride nice, plenty of power. In my opinion a better fit than an suv or truck. Would highly reccommend even though sedan type cars don't seem to be in favor anymore.

Great car

Exterior and interior is amazing, but passager back door holds water after a rainy day. It will sit there until you open the door. Surround sound could be better, it's not loud enough in the back to be considered surround sound. Acceleration could be better, have more power, also gear shift could be smoother.

It's an easy 4.85 Stars!!

Not quite getting the mpg estimated on the literature, wish it had a couple more options for customizing the main display. Other models have ambient lighting, wish this model / trim did also. LOVE the headlights and it's very comfortable and roomy. As long as the battery holds up, very very satisfied with this vehicle.
