Great experience with the whole process from looking at vehicles, making a purchase, and bringing the car in to have the windows tinted. Exceptional dealership facility.

Rating is for Lexi only
I previously wrote a very poor review because my experience has been exceedingly poor over the last few years with service. However Lexi saved the day by truly caring and trying to help me and actually followed up when no one else gave a flip. I will be going in soon to talk to manager John Cate who has also been wonderful in the past and I was not aware that he was still there until Lexi told me today. This dealership really needs to get it together. I’ve bought 3 new cars there in the last 10 years and the service department has completely crashed and burned in the last 3 to 4 years. I’ve spoken to every manager that has been there when I have been in the service department and nothing has improved. I have faith in Lexi and John that they will make things right when I go in next. Thanks to Lexi’s kind and effective customer care skills, I’m rewriting this review, since she is the only reason I’m considering going back to get the wiper nozzles I paid for back in July but never received. So sad to see WC Hyundai fall apart the way it has.

I've been a customer for years and service, accommodation, and helpfulness of the Service Dept. staff is exceptional. Lexie was extremely helpful!!! If there was anything higher than an excellent I would give it to her.

Great service.
I have always been impressed with the Wesley Chapel Hyundai. Customer service is outstanding and so very responsive to questions (no matter the question). Waiting area is always clean and comfortable with.

Too fast to notice detail
Overall great service and staff is always awesome, on the last service visit I feel that the extreme amount of work to be done as far as vehicles to work on caused one of the items on my list to be overlooked. I will simply be scheduling another appointment to get that maintenance service completed and all will be good.

Oil change
The friendliness of the service staff(not all, but most of the ones we’ve dealt with, except James, he’s awesome) has gone way down hill. I purchased a brand new, expensive vehicle that I had been calling since November to try and get in for an oil change. No one was willing to help me get it in or offer for me to drop it off and come get it later or another day. They basically said sorry about your luck, we’re short staffed. I get it, I work in a hospital as a Covid nurse. I understand being short staffed, but the rudeness has to stop. Our service advisor “Lexie” was very cold and unapproachable. She treated my husband and I like idiots for asking simple questions, then argued with us any time we said anything. Not a good experience. Do better, Hyundai.

Lengthy service & parts missing
I just filled in a long survey! It was too long & time consuming. You need to read that one. I’m not spending any more time on this!
We won’t be buying another Hyundai when you’re booking 3 months into the future! Hopefully THAT tells you enough!

No accountability with service
The brand open till this car has been a great value and a pleasurable drive. I don’t know if my 2018 Sonata has real problems or if the problems stem from the service teams incompetence. I’ve had to replace two starters in less than three months. My last interaction with this dealership I opted to replace my belts, all my brakes, and my filters costing me close to $1000. Normally that is money well spent to keep your car going however in this instance I left the dealership after picking up my car and had to turn around within a mile and a half from the dealership. Warning lights came on telling me that there’s something wrong with my ABS brakes that I just spent a lot of money to replace. After diagnostics it was a sensor and the dealership wanted me to pay $250 to replace the sensor. Yes right after I got my car back from them changing the brakes. The explanation to me that one didn’t have anything to do with the other aunt their response after asking for the service manager was that I could get 10% off of the cost to replace a sensor. The best part is they let me leave after explaining how dangerous it is to not have that sensor and I still haven’t had the service manager contact me. This issue aligned with the first starter issue specifically at this dealership has calls me not to look at Hyundai again. Seriously thinking of selling my car right now

We made an appointment. Our parts were not there. They created more problems than what we had when we arrived and just left us stranded. We have now been told to go to Lakeland to have our car repaired

Serious decline in the WC service dept
After buying 3 new cars since 2011, I have watched the decline of Wesley chapel as a whole. It’s pathetically sad and unacceptable. For the first 8-9 years they were great! Something seriously has gone wrong in the last 2-3 years and clearly no one cares to correct it. You’re losing a lot of future business and ruining the Hyundai brand.
