Service was great everything was fixed except one thing. my F350 pulls to the left that was not fixed. i was told someone would get with me to get it back in to figure it out. no know has call me bac or even set it up. pulls to the left going the road. once in a while step hard on the break it pulls to the left. not all the time. would like this fixed. only have the truck for three months. was every happy with everything that was done and the great service. just would like that steering fixed not pulling to the left.

Mike White warranty service
My 05 6.0l F350 has had its share of problems as they do. In Nov I had a serpentine belt tensioner go south causing an intense screech at 3000 rpms. Mike White service handled the repair and changed the serpentine belt at that time. My favorite truck developed another mysterious squeak in mid Jan. The crew at Mike White addressed the issue and recognized the warranty issue and addressed it accordingly. A+

Called to report a window switch problem. Got an appointment quickly. Part was in stock and the repair completed in less than 2 hours. Everyone was courteous and conscientious about masks and social distancing.
