Disappointing appointment
Waited a month to get an appointment, and my number 1 concern was an alignment issue, they performed necessary recalls and were happy to upsell service work seemingly had no interest in properly diagnosing and adjusting my alignment issue as i left with the same condition i came in for. As a former ASE certified tech and auto repair shop owner this was very frustrating. I told the person who wrote up my truck that was my chief concern and apparently he did not tell the service advisor, and they had to keep it an extra day and still did not make any real effort to fix the alignment, also had the tires rotated and they did not properly set tire pressures afterwards so i had to do so. So i guess ill be taking it elsewhere. Anybody can do fluids and filters.

Bizarre Experience
When I picked up my 150 everything that was on my passenger seat and everything that was on fathers rear seat was on the floor. Very disappointing not to have been told what happened.
The cost was unreasonably high.
I have normally had much better service here.

Recall/Warranty work
This was the second visit for the recall/warranty work, parts needed to be ordered. Called said parts were in. I was given a rental car because it ended up taking 2 days to complete the work which was not determined until 4pm. When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they still needed to order the parts for the recall work. This was irritating because I live an hour and half away and is going to mean another day off work to get the recall taken care of. I was under the impression that all the parts needed to fix all the issues had arrived. I got the impression that the recall parts had not even been ordered yet.

Lock issue not resolved
Let me preface….Everyone was very nice from the time I walked in until I left. This is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one

I had to wait approximately three weeks to bring my truck in. They could not fix the issue in a day. They asked if they could keep my truck overnight and then give it back to me on Thursday.

My back door still will not open and the issue was not resolved. Very frustrating.

Recall repair
We had an appointment in place with the service department for a recall on our 2020 Explorer, dropping off to the the day before appointment about 4 in the afternoon They called to say the car was ready for pick up and then a couple hours later they called and said I had missed my appointment. I told them I had just gotten a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up . On the app for my vehicle the next day says recall is still incomplete. So did they really do it? Time to start looking elsewhere for a service department.

I'm not convinced the service is as one would expect.
My F150 has just over 19,000 with two oil changes. Each oil change Check-up list showed transmission oil "OK". I was having issues with the transmission not shifting properly and took it in. It was discovered that the transmission was 2 quarts low, "from the factory". This was missed at the predelivery check and the transmission check during the 2 oil changes. I'm concerned that the Check-ups are really not being performed as expected.

Warrantee service
Every time I schedule service I ask for a rental car. I am assured that there will be one available to me. I've only gotten a rental car once. Every other time I am told I have to go to Thrifty to get it. If I am told there will be one available, it should be at the dealer as I am already inconvenienced having to get warranty work done. When I have to get warranty work done, parts need to be ordered and I have to come back at a later time for the repair. This makes it 4-8 weeks to actually get the repair completed. On the positive side- all of the staff have been very nice. It makes getting mediocre service more tolerable.

Warranty work
When I made the appointment I was told that it would take half a day and they would have a rental car for me at no charge. When I arrived at 9 am they told me they would need the truck all day and that it may not be done until tomorrow. The reason was they only have two people to weld and not sure their schedule. My thought if you know you need to weld wouldn’t you schedule the appointment around the welder? They did have a loaner car for me. They said that it cost $35. They did cover the cost. I did get my car back around 5 pm. The reason for a 3 is this was not the first time I was told two different things.

Elecrical diagnostic and recall service
First, the good, the people I spoke to were very friendly. The bad...It took over a month from the time I called to the time my vehicle was scheduled. Due to the issues making my car almost undriveable, I asked for an earlier appointment. I was assured that if one came available, they would call; never happened. When I took my car in, it took all day until I got a phone call saying they finally figured out the issue and needed to keep it over the weekend. Then Monday and Tuesday came and went, no updates. I called and had to ask for it. I was then told they would hopefully get it to me by end of day Wednesday. They were able to get it completed two hours earlier than they said - but when I went to pick it up, I got to wait around a bit while they tried to find my service advisor. Two other advisors tried to find him, and when they couldn't, they didn't offer to just cash me out. Instead a third advisor came out and saw that nobody was helping and actually did. I've been buying cars and trucks from this business for more than 20 years and getting parts and service from them. This time was by far the worst experience I've had with this dealership. In the future, I will probably be shopping around to other dealerships that focus on service and ability.

I asked to have a vibration investigated. On their advice, I had the motor mount fixed. Unfortunately, the vibration is still occurring.

I wouldn't say it was a bad experience but it hasn't been good ether
Honestly the sale of my truck went good but service I haven't really been too impressed with overall, first visit was to install a set of snow tires that were including in my deal, even the gentleman called me about what kind of tires I wanted I said studded due to the fact it was 2wd, well called me the next day and said were in, made my appointment and dropped my truck off, when I was dropping it off I asked again if they were and he didn't know and I said I want them studded and I'll pay the difference, he stated that if they could be here would stud them, do I also mentioned my alignment was off, said they would fix it, I said perfect and left, called me the next day said my truck was ready to go, came and picked it up and not only were the tires not what I asked for but the alignment was off still, stated that to ther service writer and he said I could go get them studded but I told him once they are installed they can't be studded, he just apologize and I left, 3 months later I sceduale my oil change and asked for synthetic oil, said I would pay for it, I mentioned my alignment was still off, so they did the oil change, didn't put in what I asked because my service contract didn't cover it, even though I said I would pay for it, and 3rd time and my alignment is still off, seems like they really don't listen to your needs that well

Got car fixed and left with smoke coming out the exhaust pipe. Never smoked when brought in. Called to talk to someone and they never called me back. Hope everything is ok and I get a call tomorrow. They were super nice
