I was late for my appointment an the service guy was polite an explained my options. I agreed to be put on a list an they would get to it as soon as possible. One hour later I was driving home. I will be coming back.

Battery
My battery in my Escape quit on New Years Eve and after charging we were able to drive 45 minutes away to Mike White Ford. We first called Curly and Tyler and they made sure that we would be taken care of.

They kept us informed as to what was going on with our Explorer. And they finished up with everything earlier then expected.

Normally would never go to a dealer service department they would never use lube when screwing you!

Mike White Ford, breath of fresh air!!! Not the cheapest in town but good value with great customer service which is hard to find now days!

Nice to see young people working.
They were polite and professional.
I did have a problem understanding the hippo car wash offer. It was raddled off and I did not realize that it was a voucher to get one at a later time.
Knudtsen Chevy dealer has one on sight.
I waited over a hour for an oil change and need to get somewhere. So I said I do not have time for a care wash, and left.
no big deal, just thought it could be explained better for new people.

Oil change
Great fast service very professional customer service my truck was done before the estimated time. However they did not reset the oil life luckily that was the first thing I checked when I got into the truck and reset it myself.
