I took my vehicle in for software updates. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. The people are amazing and customer service was amazing. The reason it wasn't 5 stars is because the paperwork said it took .08 of an hour. However I had to wait 3 hours for it to get done.

Thanks for the wonderfull comments and for taking the time to fill out the survey. The .08 of an hour is how much time Hyundai payed the technician for a warranty repair. This has no relevance to your wait time. Every line and or repair on your ticket will have a time that a technician was payed to repair and how long it took to do it. Nothing at all
The guy who fixed my car or atleast took the keys lied and said that there was a nail in my tire and the price for a new one was 180 and the one I had could not be plugged and once I told him to leave it there I'll go get it checked somewhere else he got mad! Once leaving there I went to a tire place in Bessemer and the guy checked for so called nail that wasn't there and he also checked the pressure in all 4 tires and told me that the one with the so called nail in it have a pressure at 60 and it was suppose to be 45! I was discussed and hurt at the fact that a Hyundai person that should know not to put that much air in it! If I would have busted that tire I would have been livid! I'm still upset because I feel like it was done on purpose and because of that I bet they didn't even change my dang oil! I will never be back again to this dealership again! And I will be sure to let others know how you guys operate!

It is unfortunate, but we often see tires with punctures of some type. If you have a low tire light on , then there is a good chance you have a tire with a leak. Technicians often over inflate tires so it is easier to find a leak in the tire. Once it is over inflated they then place the tire under water and look for air bubles which would indicate a leak. It is a very transparent and straightforward process and often times we include the customer. We simply give you the facts about our findings and if the customer would like it fixed and or see it , then we do it. Feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance with your vehicle.

I took my CPO Genesis 4.6 in for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly. The service was quick and the waiting area was nice with fresh coffee!
