There Must Be Follow Trhough When Customer Expectations are Created
I am no longer confident that the cost of having routine service performed by the dealership is a good value. I am answering "no" to the question below, "Would you recommend this business to a friend," based on my most recent visit; however, I still value the relationship I have with people like Randall McAdory and could easily change my mind.

Fantastic group of service representatives and fantastic service manager. Went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired and in working order. Great again
Second service and another good experience. One thing is for certain, it doesn’t appear that people are hating their jobs and just putting on a face. What a pleasure and very accommodating when it came time to schedule! Perfect. I will recommend to all. I’m from out of state, new to Alabama but from a Hyundai family. This is our 7th!

Professional repair
It is first time I take my car service here. The service is quick and professional and efficient. The sensor under passenger seat does not work. They help me take for a change for free. Very nice.

Purchased my 17' ionic and two weeks later o2 sensor went bad. Service department went above and beyond to locate a Hyundai service rental which was extremely appreciated. (I'm a single dad.) Hyundai's warranty covered all repair work and my dealer service rental. Thankful for their team of professionals because they got my new car back to me in a timely manner with quality communication and work.
