Fixed a problem with auto lights
Replaced multi-function switch to fix my 2016 Genesis. Only took a couple of hours. Everything is working well now.

$79.00 to $616.00 and no complaint
I have missed a lot of scheduled appointments. I needed a headlight replaced and told Bill to go over my car and tell me what I needed. Lamp bulb was about $79.00. I have 89,000 miles, so I knew I needed a few things. My total bill was $616.00. That was a bargain considering how long I went with the car unattended. He convinced me I needed the work without overselling me. I am a retired salesman, so I know when someone is just adding on. A couple of things I waited to do. I left satisfied plus Hyundai sent me a coupon worth $99.00 which I applied to my bill. Thanks Bill and Hyundai for the coupon.

Tameron Hyundai Does a good job with maintenance on my Hyundai Genesis
Tameron changed my oil on my car without an appointment. It was done quickly and correctly. I needed this oil change before a trip I was planning. I was also glad that they checked all the other wear items before my trip.

Service department closed with my car still there
2nd attempt to have air put into tires again promised and again not completed.
My oil change was completed, but I was. OT notified. I arrived to find service dept closed and employees gone for the night. Thankfully a sales associate helped me locate my keys and car and get through locked doors/gates

I appologize for any issues you had with your last visit. If this is the second time you have had an issue with your tire , you may have an underlying issue with it. Possibly a wheel sensor issue that neither one of us are aware of. In regards to a phone call, we did try calling you on Saturday. I also tried calling you when i received this survey in hopes to get down to the bottom of this. Our Saturday hours of business have not changed since we opened the facility and is posted on line , social media, and on our doors entering the service department. Please contact me or you are welcome to come by and ask for me, so that i can get down to the bottom of your tire issue. I look forward to meeting you. I want ot make sure you get 5 star service.
