Went in for 3 services but I only got 2 done as I wasn’t waiting another hour while my truck sat in parking lot . Had a 8 o’clock appointment but people were ahead of me . Huh ?

Service hiccup
Recently I had a 30,000 mile service on my F-350. They let me know that fuel filters needed to be replaced. Part of the service was tire rotation. The morning after the service my dash display indicated problems with tire pressures. I brought the truck back 2 days after service and they checked the tire pressures and reset the sensors. The brand new front license plate bracket that I purchased was loose again and they reinstalled it. As of today the same license plate bracket is almost falling off again. Overall the service department does a great job, this would have been a five had the tire sensors been reset when serviced. In my opinion the front license plate bracket is a factory design problem that needs to be addressed.

Superduty oil change
First oil change on the diesel truck. Setting appointment was easy. Dropping off vehicle was nice. Perisonalble service advisors. I have a pre paid oil service plan. I wanted synthetic so I asked to pay the difference in oil price. You would think that would have been an option given when I bought the oil service plan. Took awhile for service advisor to get it figured out. After a bit the second figure made sense and paid bill. First attempt didn’t seem correct. Went to truck to see oil on armrest I’m assuming from elbow. And scuff marks on front part of lower door panel from the work boots going in or out of truck. Guess these are things I’ll have to ask about the next oil change. Truck is about a year old and 2500 miles. So you can imagine it’s in clean condition. Not trying to nitpick but feel these few items should be resolved in the future appointments.

Quick and simple
I called for an oil change. They had an appointment for me the next day for my super duty, rotated my tires, called me about an hour and a half after I dropped it off. Gave me a free wash at sqeakys. I trust them with my truck.
