Can’t get my issue resolved with my new truck!
My truck have been in more than once for drive train issues that can’t be found. I was told I need to drive it until the problem gets worse??? Never thought I would have to deal with problems like this with a truck of this caliber and cost!!! Very disappointed.

Things not fixed properly
Things not fixed properly. Besides dealing with a windshield wiper replacement that I didn’t need or want, it was replaced after they broke part of it in a way that now is not set straight. Also, they did some other work and must’ve disconnected my battery and now my clock is broken. Have not had much luck with service from this place since it went away from Tom Addis

Service department.
I'm tired of taking my truck back multiple times to have any issues repaired.
The last time it was in I was told that the noise from the drivetrain leaving a stop light is normal and all Super Duty Trucks clunk when they start moving.
I'm very disappointed in the service department.

Wasted Days and Wasted Nights
Vehicle: 2017 Ford F-350 Lariat. <14,000 miles.
Left vehicle on Tuesday AM. Assumed they were working feverishly on it since I heard nothing until Friday PM. Not the case. Even though I informed them of my need to have the front suspension problem fixed before I drove to Alaska in 10 days, all that was accomplished in 3 days was road force balancing of tires. I will grant that after I expressed my displeasure with the progress they picked up the pace, but it was too little, too late. After receiving the vehicle back, after 9 days in the shop, I was not able to properly road test the vehicle before leaving for Alaska. In Parker Ford's defense, I know they needed permission from Ford to perform some of this work, but the initial delay proved too much to overcome.
As for the trip to Alaska. The front suspension was much improved, but still too much wobble on sharp bumps. However, it did not enter a full blown "death wobble" although it felt very close several times. One other problem surfaced on the trip. Apparently all the tire rotations and mount/dismount sequences damaged one of the valve stems. About 500 miles into the trip (well before the bad roads) the tire pressure monitoring warning came on. Lost pressure from 80psi to 65psi. Apparently slowly losing pressure since it left the shop. Changed tire in the Northern Rockies at 2am. Lot's of fun. Upon getting it repaired, the tech showed me the problem by pushing lightly on the valve stem to one side. You could feel the air coming out. He also replaced the saftey cable to the spare which Parker had failed to do though asked on two occasions. Didn't even have to ask him.

Failed to correct "Check Engine Light"
This is the first disappointing experience I had with the repair of my 2010 Ford Ranger which I bought from Parker Ford.
They replaced a part that they said that caused the checked Engine light. Within minutes the check engine light comes back on and I take it back. When I last picked it up, the check engine light came on when I turned it on. Extremely disappointed service and excessive cost to not fix it.

No repairs were completed, I was told nothing is wrong with my vehicle. They had my vechile most of the day, did not call when the service was completed as they said they would. My vehicle is still not running correctly.

Scheduled my 3 rd appointment
Christian Hanson was very professional and aware of my time issues.
3 hours at dealership service Dept and check engine light back on an hour after I left shop.
Maybe mechanics need to focus on one vehicle at a time instead of 20. More productive in the long run.

three trips into shop in less than 24 hours
Charged more than quoted because quote was for repairs not diagnostics. Then something broke that is involved in repairs but not recommended to replace so I had to pay for that, but you paid the labor so that's fair right? (sarcasm) but no offer of time lost for the three trips or for my time in your lobby. Also on the third trip the Service Manager did a double take when he saw me (so obviously recognized me even if he couldn't place name-which I understand) but did not to my knowledge check to see why i was back or verify everything was ok. makes for an overall "I'm not important to management" feeling. Christian was great and the staff I did talk to was pleasant as always. I feel the extra trips could have been prevented. My vehicle was onsite more than 24 hours after completion, more than sufficient time for a test drive. The third trip could totally have been avoided by taking an extra 15 minutes to bleed the brakes properly. I understand he was on OT but do the job right.

I had an 08:00 A.M. Appt. for a DOT inspection...It took 2.5 hrs., They were over booked and many customers had to wait. Nice people but that doesn't get the job done in a timely manner.

Saved our roadtrip
We were traveling through Idaho when we started having trouble with our Ford F-150. We must have called 10 different area ford dealerships, and Mike White Ford was the only one to phone, let alone return our messages! Even though they were slammed busy and had no reason to help us -- they went out of their way to get us in and take a look at what was wrong. Not only did we get in an awesome car for the day while they took a look at what was wrong, but they were able to fix the vehicle and get us back on the road the same day. It was amazing experience. Props to Tyler and Christian for getting me in and taken care of and all of us back on the road again. We were having a rough go already -- and it was just such a great thing to be treated like neighbors even though we were from way out of town.
