The repair service was Awesome, but they forgot to list on the service order additional problems I asked to be completed. They forgot to service; lube/oil, and fix our leaking spare tire.

Great with kids!
The only way I could possibly describe my experience to the service department was beyond extraordinary! Christian Hansen and Matt Brunner went above and beyond! I have a 7 month old daughter and sometimes running errands with a teething baby can be hard. Christian kept her distracted and chatted with her while I looked over paperwork. That way I had no questions. Then after waiting in the lobby for a bit, trying to get her to take a nap, I asked Matt if there was anyway I could get her car seat to put it in another car to take her for a drive. He quickly responded "Absolutely!" Minutes later he comes around the corner with her car seat. Matt and Christian were the highlight of this visit; however, everyone in the service drive was so friendly and gave wonderful customer service. Every time I visit Mike White Ford in Coeur d'Alene the service department always exceeds my expectations. Thank you for making my service go smoothly with a teething baby!

This is my third encounter with Mike White Ford, and by far Mike White Ford is the best Ford Dealership I have done been business with. They made a repairs to something they noticed, without me asking or even bringing it up. They are quick, kind, professional, and on time! I will continue to bring all my Fords here and continue to purchase with them! Great job!

could not tell me the right cost it was going to be did not do what i ask them to do no communication unless i called them oil change was a good price i will say that.

Great service
I was greeted promptly and the services were written up for me to confirm. They estimated the time it would take for the work to be done. I was called when work was completed. It was done in a timely manner. The service agent went over the work that was completed and let me know if there was anything coming up to be watching for in the future. I felt very confident in the work that was done and the report given to me.

Truck trailer braking module would not pair with trailer.
My F350, would not pair with brand new trailer regardless of how I set up the towing criteria in the Tow Menu. I tried every combination and no luck. When I hook up to friend’s F350, the trailer brakes work just fine. Had MW Ford trouble shoot and they could find “nothing wrong.” They recommended I take the truck to an after market truck dealer. Not much help.

Warranty Work
Poor multi-point vehicle inspection. Technician stated rear brakes needed replaced immediately. I brought the truck home and lifted the truck and removed tires to inspect brakes. My rear brakes are in medium (yellow) condition per spec sheet on brake thickness and the fronts were worn more then the rear which conflicts with the inspection documented stating (green) for my front brakes. Upon further inspection truck tires were not remove to perform the proper inspection. Report states the truck was not lifted and the wheels were corroded to the hub showing that they have not been removed recently. Unhappy that I was misinformed. Customer service on scheduling and updating was good.

4X4 inop front wheel drive
I scheduled to bring my truck in for the front wheel drive of 4X4 not working. Which seems to be something that would have fairly standard and straight forward methods to verify…. I was given my truck back saying nothing was found but a belt tensioner making some noise. That evening I needed to use 4x4 to ascend a driveway and could not because my front wheels would not drive…. So I had to park and walk half a mile up the mountain with my girlfriend and her two young children THE DAY I got my truck back saying they can’t find anything wrong…

Not to mention the kids’ dad has his son talking shit about Fords to specifically irritate me and here we are walking up the mountain THE DAY I got it back from y’all with the confidence you had previously instilled in me in your quality of service shot down the drain.

I called in the very next day and my service advisor Christian was not in and the lady that answered my phone call said she’s have someone contact me to see when they can reschedule me…

Me getting my truck in is extremely hard as I fly for work and am typically not in the region and when I am I’m trying to spend the minimal time I have with my children, and whatever else I’ve managed to make important in my life…

Furthermore I asked to be called back by the service manager and the lady specifically mentioned that “his name” will call me back. Which I never did receive. You may also discover that I haven’t called back to reschedule as I am flying around the country currently and can’t forecast when my schedule will open enough to bring my vehicle BACK IN and manage the complication of utilizing a rental (if I’m fortunate) and the complication of needing to go to the airport while having a rental in my possession…

In the past you haven’t been perfect but Christian has been able to get a swift grasp of accountability and responsibility and ensure issues were rectified. I attempted to give you’re service department this opportunity once more and am still hanging high and dry with a girlfriend that gets nervous every time my rear tires slip to climb ANY kind of hill (speed bump) or exit any kind of slippery surface stop…

I’m still open for redemption so if we can get this front wheel drive working, that would be awesome!

I have a very tight schedule, even though they were booked they worked me in and completed the repairs, did an oil change and fix all open recalls and gave me a ride home while repairs are being done

Speedy service when they finally conducted the correct service
Here's our history:
* Service provider found a cosmetic defect in the interior trim. Ford missed it.
* Brought car in for inspection. Ford confirmed defect and ordered part.
* Many weeks later, brought in car for servicing. Ford realized that the part ordered is not the part actually needed.
* Ford ordered the correct part.
* Many weeks later (again), brought in car for servicing. They serviced it quickly.

Folks were friendly and courteous the whole time.

Excellent Service
Our Service Advisor, Christian, was very efficient, kept us well informed, and was polite and courteous. He quickly introduced me to the shop foreman, Dwayne, who rode in the vehicle to analyze the problem. Within 5 minutes he accurately determined the problem, assigned a mechanic, determined parts availability, and managed the repairs to completion, along with Christian.
Dirk was a very pleasant, courteous young man with a smile while shuttling me home and returning the next day. Excellent customer service.
It is obvious Mike White Ford has great leadership, expert technicians, excellent teamwork, and a happy, talented workforce in the Maintenance Department.
I highly recommend Mike White Ford!
