Repair/recall took longer than expected and no car wash. Tyler was excellent
Scheduled and arrived on time for an airbag recall on my F150. The repair was supposed to take 2 hours. After over 2.5 hours I found my truck finished but now just sitting in the lot. I had to initiate contact with someone (other than Tyler. He was busy) to alert them my truck had been sitting out now for at least another 15 minutes.

Please reinstate washing and vacuuming vehicles after they have been serviced. Issuing a car wash coupon is a nice gesture and it gets me out the door quicker but now I have to take even more of my time and go out of my way to get my vehicle washed. And I have to do my own vacuuming!
Not a very good idea.
Wash the vehicles at the dealership so the customer drives away with an expertly repaired and now clean vehicle.

Improving
Christian was very professional this time. I've had a lot of problems with the service department the last 12 months, since Parker took over, then Mike White. Additionally, if I were a salesman, I would be on the service department like white on rice when one of my customers called asking for help. I called Lyle several times asking for assistance with the service department, after buying two new cars from him in the past 2 years, to no avail. I've purchased a total of 3 cars from Tom Addis and Parker in the last 5 years so I expect Red carpet service from all departments. I think Mike White might be improving which is a good sign but for now I am still skeptical. I will most likely purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Larry H Miller Ford in the Denver area (excellent dealership and worth the road trip). I do give a big thank you to Christian for trying to save me some money yesterday and taking time to explain things to me!

2018 Ford Mustang sitting iddle.
The problem still exist after a recent visit to your service dept. They replaced my battery but they failed to find out why the car shows it's still discharging on my trickle charger. this problem should have been corrected on my initial visit. Now I've had to wait another 2 weeks for your service dept to correct the problem. Total 4 weeks of being afraid to use my car fearing I'll get stuck with another dead battery again.

F-150 Recal Service
First, I am very pleased with my F-150 truck. I have taken it to Parker Ford for service on more than one occasion and was pleased with the staff and the service performed. In this case, however, I have some issues to address. First the hood latch to the engine compartment was left open. Luckily it didn't come loose on my drive home. Second the drivers seat and headrest was moved to extreme angles which made it difficult for me to even get into the truck. It would be nice if the service department would return the driver's seat to its original setting prior to returning to the customer. Otherwise the quality of work performed was excellent and I am pleased with the service provided. I would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the issues noted above.

Scheduled my 3 rd appointment
Christian Hanson was very professional and aware of my time issues.
3 hours at dealership service Dept and check engine light back on an hour after I left shop.
Maybe mechanics need to focus on one vehicle at a time instead of 20. More productive in the long run.

Time management
I was satisfied with the service, but a little frustrated when it came to time. My appointment was for 10am and they didn't take my car back till 10:45 and wasn't finished with it till 11:15. What's the point of making an appointment if it's not gonna happen then.

Two warranty jobs
Christian was incredible. He was very detailed and thorough in his handling of my jobs, which both were covered under the extended warranty. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait a month and half to get an appt. and Ford was back ordered on the part. The parts are not Mike White's fault, but I sure wish they could expand their ability to take more appts.

The repair service was Awesome, but they forgot to list on the service order additional problems I asked to be completed. They forgot to service; lube/oil, and fix our leaking spare tire.

Great people, fast and efficient customer service
I'm happy with the people I interact with, but have a feeling they just put another band aid on the problem. This was the second time I have brought my truck in for a clunking noise in the rear of the truck. The first time they identified the problem was in the rear leaf springs and they applied grease to fix the problem. Also at that time I was told it may need new leaf springs to permanently. The noise was back in a couple of months and I scheduled another appointment to have it repaired. They came up with the same prognosis this time, and then just applied grease to it again. I'm afraid in time the noise will come back, and I will have to go through this same thing again. I don't want to have to bring the truck in every several months to have the springs greased again, if I have to come back, I would like it permanently repaired.

Service tech worked to make my experienceok.
This was a two week experience for me. I first took my truck in for stating issues. The problem was diagnosed parts were replace. When I went to get my truck it wouldn't start. Another diagnostic and another problem was found. Ten days later the problem was repaired. The technician who finally found the problem had it repaired. Today I picked up my pichup

Warranty repair
2020 Explorer ST, check engine light-emissions issue. Dropped off for the repair and received the diagnosis later in the day as an O2 sensor heater. Up to 10 days to repair! Most parts avail in OR but one had to come from TN. They set up a rental car for the duration of the repair. Surprisingly received a call four days later that the repair was completed. Needed parts were found at another dealer and that expedited the repair. Good job Mike White Ford.
To the Ford Engineers-you suck! The requirement to remove the exhaust, transmission and part of the engine to replace an O2 sensor heater? Five hour shop job? Ridiculous!!

Recall, clutch issues and battery indicator
We brought the car on Sun, left the key on the lockbox and been take care of. Repairs done way before the anticipated completion date and everything communicated to us. The only issue was that the battery indicator is still on. Yet it wasn't clear from the papers if it was included in the scope.

Staff was very helpful and helped with our other vehicle that wasn’t scheduled. Issue other than regular maintenance seems to have been resolved but may need additional service as it seems to have come back. Received a service recall second notice after service was performed, so not sure why it wasn’t advised at the time of service. Have had good service here overall.
