Help please
They never have rental vehicles for long waits. They never clean the inside of your vehicle for to COVID-19 precautions.

Time quoted
Appointment time was 8 am, arrived at 7:50. Was told the wait was 3.5 hours. huh? What is the point of an appointment. I only waited 86 minutes instead of the 3.5 hours quoted time.
