I was promised and assured by the manager that she would personally handle my situation, as the service received from another employee was very poor.
Unfortunately SHE dropped the ball, never even came out to speak to me. I was told by another employee she was busy

Manny is the man
After my car being fixed for a steering column issue and having to be returned for the same issue, Manny was very thorough in getting my car fixed again. He showed great empathy for my frustration. He made sure that all sounds were gone and even resurfaced my rotors complimentary to compensate for the headache. He explained everything to me in great detail.
