I really appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of the service staff. And I want to thank Curtis for the awesome job he is doing. He is very knowledgable and very professional and very friendly. The service was fast and I also like the free car wash. Excellent job.

I had an appt with Jay the other week for my free oil change. As soon as I had pulled up to the Puente Hills location, staff were outside and quickly came to help my wife and I. Jay took us in and was very professional and quick and efficient in getting the service on my vehicle started. He had also pointed out certain recalls were for my call and would also change out the parts (other dealerships ive been to have never mentioned anything until a letter from the company is received), which was nice. While we were waiting, Jay had told us that there was a free shuttle service to the local mall to kill some time while we wait. The service on the car was finished very quickly (much faster than what we had anticipated) and everyone was polite and awesome! Will definitely come back! Jay and the service team and the shuttle service was great!

This was my first service visit to this dealership as I had purchased my Santa Fe at another dealership for the past 2 years. I was taking it there even though it was much further from home than the few miles to this one Even though I hadn't made an appointment they attended to me promptly, went over what needed to be done. They completed the work and had me out quickly.

Almost 3 years - service is still on-point
Not sure what else I can say short of copying and pasting my reviews from before. Still love my car, love my dealership and the folks who work there. Sometimes you have to wait a little but then again I never make appointments so I always go prepared with a book or some work to do. High five, PH Hyundai!
