Improve communication with customer
Constant communication with a client must improve. Such as car is almost done, we will need 15 more minutes to work in the car, sorry we are taking longer...but I had to approach the gentleman twice but he was approachable...just close communication needed to improve.

Great Service hours
Braman hyundai is worth the drive from Homestead. I don’t have to take time off from work to get my car serviced. The service hours are the best around town! The uber reimbursement is a huge help too. I’m not stuck at the dealer for hours! I’m a customer for life!

Fantastic Service!
My battery died at 7:30 PM. I called Hynday road service came to my rescue in 1.5 hours and took my car to the dealer.
7:30 Am I got a call from the dealer letting me know they had identified the problem and were already working on it. 9:30 Am the car was ready.
All included in the warranty. I'm a very satisfied customer!
