After Purchasing and having a service body poorly installed by a vendor, Mike Hedden and "All" of the service department that was involved in getting the truck repaired and some additional upgrades made to the truck on a very tight timeline, I have to say that you guys are awesome. 4 tire change
4 tire change quote was competitive with other shops I quoted with. They changed 4 tires and replaced a sensor without any issues. Very please with the level of service I received.

Our truck had a recall that I could get No dealer in the PNW to help. Mike White Ford DID.
Mike White Ford was the only dealer who was willing to tackle the recall required by Ford, There work was quick, and they kept in constant contact with myself on the time frame in which they were going to be able to complete the repair. They understood our urgency as this was our only service truck and we also had customers who were waiting for us. Big thanks to their service department on getting us in and out ASAP.

Friendly Staff
Jacob and Claudia in accessories are awesome. Great customer service! Do have concerns with length of time to get into service for repairs though. I feel 2 weeks out is ridiculous before you can get into the shop when your car has an issue. I think this needs to be evaluated and resolved! I can see a couple days but not 2weeks+.

Not very skilled
I was told by the service guys that they could complete some work for me so I scheduled a time and discussed with the scheduling people what I wanted. When I got there they said they could not do it, but they had an alternative. There alternative did not meet what I was trying to accomplish in the first place, which I did not know at the time. When they finished, it was not what I wanted. And they said what I wanted was not possible. In about 10-15 minutes in their parking lot I was able to do the programming myself by using youtube. needless to say, they did not try or look into the options. There was no reason to pay them for anything, I could have done it all myself in less. time. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and asked if they could do anything for me which was nice. But the reason I was there was to get my truck fixed. If everyone wasn't so nice, it'd be a 1 star.

Parker ford is great but Ford is way below my expectations.
When I bought my truck we noted how poorly the leather seats were sewn. Ford said I had to let a local upholstery shop try to fix the problem--a big fail.
You person at Parker took piks of the seats and sent them to Ford and they sent new seat covers and had my truck for another 2 days and the seats look worse than the one that were replaced--obviously your people saw that and supposedly took more piks knowing I would not accept them.
I was told that a factory rep will be there at the end of February and we need to meet with them.
I looked at the trucks on the line and the seats look good. If I had my way I would fire the inspector at the plant for allowing such shoddy workmanship leave. When you spend 50K for a truck you expect the seats to look like fine furniture not something that came from a Tijuana upholstery shop.
I have owned Dodges for the last 20 years and decide to give Ford another try, I have had Fords in the past and NEVER experienced anything like this.
I don't know what Ford is willing to do to make this right but they need to step up.
I don't have a problem with Parker--you have been very helpful and I know your hands are tied but maybe its time for the general manager or district manager to step in.
The above 1 star rating is on Ford Motor Co. not Parker you guys get a 5 star. Everyone I have had dealing with there has been great.

Lol service dept. Is a joke
I find it pathetic that i brought my truck in 3 times for brakes squeeking only to be told their fine thats what fords do. When we decided we wanted to change brake pads just because we were told rotors and pads were bad. How is that possible when we brought it in 3 times prior. Yes the rotors were taken care of but thank God we went with out gut feelings on our brakes otherwise something horrible could of happened. Oh and by the way you guys always said brakes wete good. So stop saying you recommended them. We insisted on them. I would NEVER recommend your service dept. In fact i will continue telling people our issues with you. Shame on you guys for not doing your job.
