Issue surrrounding misplaced screws resolved.
Returned to dealer upon finding 2 screws left in cowl during previous service visit. Told they were mistakenly left there by technician and came from air filter during last visit. Technician had replaced with new ones at that time. All good and once again, John Grasso rectified the matter expeditiously and professionally. Thanks again, John !!

Waste of time
I've complained about my cars performance and all I get in response is that this is how the car was built. For it to have issues with the idle and with torque. That to me is unacceptable. Of course the car is operational but it all comes down to assurance and dependability. To buy the same car twice in two years and every car I've gotten had some issue. I'm sorry hyundai but keep it real you don't care for your customers.

I’ve had to bring my car in a few times and he is always so pleasant and takes the time to explain every detail of what is being worked on. He keeps me updated once they have diagnosed the problem and let’s me know as soon as the car is ready!
