My Radio System
While I do love my Kona the biggest issue I have is the A.V. System constantly resets, one time it went out and started screaming at me! I have asked the Hyundai dealerships Ed Volyles in GA and Huffines in Texas and the only answer I have gotten is how to reset it. There have been times when it would even go off, when the car was turned off and locked. I have my Kona for a year now, and gas taken me across country and long road trips. It’s been a great experience. If I can get someone to fix that issue before something bad happens that would make it excellent. And this point they are saying they don’t see what causing it to go out or have any problems.

Dealership did a great job!
My 2020 Santa Fe was in for an unfortunate warranty issue. The 2 service agents we worked with were very courteous and helped us get a quick resolution to the problem. Huffines Hyundai service department was on top of it! Thank you, Huffines!

Sunroofs are exploding....
My problem is not with the dealership. They were accommodating and polite and repaired by exploded sunroof in a timely fashion. My problem is with Hyundai itself. They should stop selling cars with sunroofs until this problem is fixed. My 2020 sunroof was replaced with one exactly like it... that might explode. I'm not alone. A quick google search shows class action law suits going back many years. I'm sure the reported numbers are low, since a wreck caused by the exploding sunroof would never be reported like that. The broken sunroof would be listed as a result of the wreck. I love my car... but wish I didn't have that beautiful sunroof!

Although the employees and staff were great about helping, the major issue with my 2022 Sonata was not found and was not fixed.

Jump ship and run for the hills.
This new 2022 Hyundai Tucson is very poor. I had a 2019 that was 10 times better than this vehicle. I keep having traction control lights come on and do our kind of weird shit in my car. And I'm just fed up and tired with of it.
