Check everything
After the oil change there was a list of other things you wanted to do but I declined. On a previous service visit it was the same or similar list. After the previous visit I went down the road and my indicator for low tire pressure came on. It is evident no one check the tires during the service. You seem to be concentrating on sell your list of unwanted services and not paying attention to the basics, like tire pressure. NO PLEASED

Sale of vehicle was a good experience -
Some of the reps in the service department are not professional and courteous. Others are seem to lack the knowledge or at least the desire to competently explain the details of the problems, repairs, and maintenance. If you don't get one of the good reps you are in for a stressful experience

"Service required" indicator
Oil change was done in a timely manner, but "service required" indicator was not reset and every time I start my car now it appears on the dash display. I did not realize this until the next day when I started my car. When I called the service department about this, I was told to bring the car in and they would reset it. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and this would be an inconvenience. They then told me to bring it to some place near me that does oil changes and it could be reset. I'm sure I would be charged for this service and since I paid for an oil change, I'm not happy about incurring another charge. I would recommend Hyundai to a friend since service in the past has been great.

The reminder is suppose to be reset every service along with reminder sticker placed in the windhsield. I totally undertsand about not wanting to make the return trip or going some place to have it reset. I will contact you to walk you through the reset. It is very simple and will only take a minute. Good service experience
I had my clutch replaced, everything went well. Thank you to the drive manager John Cate for helping me. Service rep James very attentive. I had a loaner car which was very good. My vehicle performs better. Only one thing they forgot to wash my vehicle as requested, but all in all everything went well.

Had to return to correct same issues
Had to return to correct same issues but service was completed and so far car is driving fine. There is still a slight oil leak from valve cover gasket replacement. Will monitor incase we have to return

Waiting area needs upgrade!
Please upgrade the terrible seating in the waiting area. Chairs are not comfortable and falling apart! We still love our Hyundai!

Finally got it right
After many visits to the dealership to get my side mirrors working properly, they finally got it righr. I had been driving 45 minutes to get there each time. They told me the part was reday when it wasnt.
To make it right, they drove up here, left me a car to drive, and drove my car down to fix. Then cleaned it and drove it back.
They have some communication issues within the service department, but they took responsibility and took care of me. Well done.
