pricing of service
you shouldn't charge so much for service if you don't have a coupon from a computer.
my charge was too much for a regular customer. An oil change was $50.00 plus.
What do you think. Should a regular customer , who has never used anyone except the
dealership, for any service.

Mr. Jones,

   We are currently looking into a less expensive option for oil changes. On your particular car it does require 7 quarts of synthetic blend oil, i will also make sure you get added to our coupon list.

Horrible noise after oil change
Make sure to record every inch of your car engine before you take it in because after service I have a noise during engine start up that can’t be solved and I am the one having to make calls to service to follow up

Michael,

   Please by all means bring your vehicle back, we don't want you to experience these concerns anymore than you want them. The manufacture has specific parameters that we must follow and, one of the said procedures is whats called audible sound test, this is performed with a microphone into your crankcase. Here is the concern the test will not operate until engine has reached normal operation temperature. So if you could please reschedule for a later date when vehicle could be left for a couple days if possible. We understand the frustration, we also will help to resolve your concern.

Dale, I apologize sir , we thought your recall for the ecm update took care of the check engine light, it was a history code for the knock sensor at the time. That is precisely what the ecm campaign addressed. Again i do apologize if you are still having a concern by all means please come by and i will get it looked at quickly.

  I apologize sir, we should have communicated this better. I have trained my personnel to always check and see if tires have a lower tread in front then in the rear then rotate them. If there is no advantage to the customer, explain that to them and if they still want them rotated, do so.

Go an email about a recall, set up an appointment for said recall yet the service team was unaware of why we were there even though we expressed it clearly in the comments. On top of that they did not have the parts necessary to fix the recall issue and told us they would call back once they did and at that point we could set up an appointment. They called after they promised they would, but were able to fix what they needed to.

How long for an oil change?
I was very dissapointed at my last visit, which will be my last visit. Why do I wait 70 minutes for an oil change on a weekday afternoon. Someone needs to work on scheduling assignments and priorities.

When the vehicle arrived we tried to jump start the vehicle and we were unsuccessful in doing so. upon further diagnosis of the said problem, we had found the connection was bad. Then re-tried to jump and it then did start with no issues. I do apologize, we did a poor job of communicating.
