Hello Greg, thank you for taking the time to rate and review our dealership. We understand the frustration that this may have caused. The $1.14 is the prices for a quart which means it`s $5.64 for a gallon. I see here we put in four gallons of DEF which comes to a total of $22.56. We used Ford DEF fluid in your vehicle which Ford Motor dictates the prices. We truly do appreciate you choosing Mike White Ford and would like to continue business with you.
