CV Boot Leak
I will be sending in a short letter about today's experience. It was not a good one. I have been to Tom Addis Ford, Parker Ford and now Mike White Ford. This makes me rethink about my loyalty. Except for my long time service advisor Joe P, I didnt receive real customer service. He is wonderful!

Good Service, typically high dealer cost
Had oil change, full synthetic. Of course it's very expensive, but the real issue is Ford wants you to change synthetic on the same schedule as regular oil... every 5000 miles. How much sense does that make? So going 10k. Service person asked if I wanted Def fluid topped off, said yes... oops.. 1.41 gallons, $22.56. $16 per gallon. Walmart: about $4 per gallon.. how much is urine worth anyway? I thought they would have a nice bulk container and give me a decent price, like the 55 gal rate of 3 bucks .. sorry.
I really do like to go to the dealer for service, and if they would give you a decent deal, would be more inclined to do so.
Service techs are very friendly, and professional.. so no beef there. Pretty crazy that you have to book an oil change over a week out.. but that's inconvenient, not terrible. Just get with the pricing program and you might get more business.

Hello Greg, thank you for taking the time to rate and review our dealership. We understand the frustration that this may have caused. The $1.14 is the prices for a quart which means it`s $5.64 for a gallon. I see here we put in four gallons of DEF which comes to a total of $22.56. We used Ford DEF fluid in your vehicle which Ford Motor dictates the prices. We truly do appreciate you choosing Mike White Ford and would like to continue business with you. Service was good but the time taken to get and organize the paperwork so I could pay and leave was way too long-over half hour! Also the price has crept up enough that I will just get my oil changes and work done in Spokane.

I have alway taken my cars to the dealership for service. I was disappointed that the tech said the battery was low but did not clean the positive terminal of the white acid power and then retest—he just marked the battery as needing replacement

I brought my 5000 mile F150 in for an oil change. When I go my truck back the front desk told me I had a fuel leak in the oil pan that most likely due to a bad seal. I was told to make another appointment to fix it. Why couldn't the seal be fixed? There was no reason given as to why it wasn't fixed. It can't take more than 15 minutes to fix. Let's save people's time when able.

The tire pressure is different front and back. Ford specification it should not be that hard to check it when tires are rotated. This could easily be standard practice. Also def fluid is only 3/4 full it would be nice if it’s topped off.

The Works
I went in for a oil/filter change and tire rotation on my 2017 F-350 6.7 SRW. The technicians did not check or adjust the tire pressure after rotation. On the way home I got low tire pressure warnings on both rear tires. Once I arrived home, I had to adjust all 4 tires to the correct pressure. (note: the front tire pressure is 60 psi and rear is 80).
Now I will have to check all other service items performed in order to have peace of mind before a long trip.

Barely Acceptable
1. Purchase experience of F150 Lariat edition August 2017 totally unacceptable
2. Reported to both dealer and Ford through subsequent surveys and did not hear back from either
3. Last week maintenance service would have been 4 or 5 out of 5 stars but I'm still waiting for number 2 response
4. Cannot and will not recommend dealer to family and friends.

First oil change
We pulled in to the garage and there were people ahead of us so we reversed to pul out and noticed a bump/ hitch in our driving. We pulled to the side in the lotto inspect and found a screw stuck in our back passenger tire. We pulled in no alerted the worker to the problem and he dismissed us After the oil change I asked about the tire and if it was repaired. The bult did not penetrate the tire, so was left with us....in our rear door jam and nearly fell to where it could have done more damage. We are happy with Parker so far but this has left us scratching our heads!!!

Service good. Communication poor
Again the service of my vehicle was good, but communication poor. I asked to be notified when vehicle was ready or problems on cell phone as I would be in area nearby. Call and message was on house phone regarding tire problem with a nail in left rear tire. When I arrived to pick up vehicle on time for completion of service, I was told of nail in tire and told them to fix it. I was told a minutes later that the tire had a chunk missing on the tire with cord showing and needed to replace the tires. Not knowing what was really going on, I went to Les Schwape tires and wound up buying 4 new tires. Better communication would have been very nice.

Went in for an oil change. Somehow all of my settings got moved to KM and Celsius, my horn is not working and a few other glitchy things. No big deal except it took over a week to get back in to fix . My appointment is in a few days. We will see what happened.

The issue with my brand new truck was solved and I received a loaner vehicle. My only complaint is that I was told it would take two weeks and it did take that long.

Called to see if truck was ready. Had not received a call, but all ended well and truck runs very well. Was shuttled to and from dealer. Good service. Would recommend listening to customer without being dismissive. Some of us know what we are talking about. Thank you.

Late mishaps
Everything was good, had a lot of things done. A mechanic forgot to plug something in causing and alarm showing water in fuel. It was good this happened because they also noticed an air pressure alarm. They rotated my tires but didn’t change the pressure between front and back.
The mechanic that helped through the end stuff was apologizing.
Haven’t tested the trailer plug in yet so not sure if that issue was resolved. They said the only replaced part of the connection. I’m trying to stay optimistic and don’t have to go back. It’s a major distraction for me to get there and be at work on time.
