Lack of integrity
Service technicians didn't even perform visual checks of any fluid levels and sent my vehicle back without coolant. If you know of a half way decent technician needing work, they could really use you as you'd be 100% better than the 2 they have. Only reason I'd continue taking the car to them is that it has been dealer maintained since new and has complete service records. Three Hyundai brand is great! This dealership is easy to deal with, but the service technicians burned me about trusting any future work they claim to perform.
