For me it's the personal touch that brings me back. I could get service closer to my home but I'm willing to drive the extra miles knowing I'll receive grade "a" service. The bells and whistles matter to me.

TPM problem still not fixed
2013 Elantra TPM yellow light been on for over a year, tires are fine and properly inflated. Service fixed under warranty but the light came back on before I even got home.
