After being dissatisfied with the turn out of events I am happy that someone heard me and took ownership of my complaints. I am awaiting service and follow through however, I greatly appreciate being assured my issues will be resolved.

Follow through/follow up.
I have yet to receive my key and was told the reason was because the individual over the transaction is no longer with the company. So I am assuming everything that the individual oversaw fell through the cracks or is null and void. I have yet to get an update on the status of my key other than the individual who makes keys was not there...

You need to get rid of the sales manager Lou or Lu (whichever) because he lost you not one but two new car sales. .
I have purchased two cars there in the past. Lou told me that didn't matter at all. So my son and I purchased two new cars at another dealership. They treated us like humans there.

Very expedient problem solutions

whenever I come to Lakeland Hyundai for service on my 2013 sonata service there is always prompt and friendly! we have really enjoyed our experience with Lakeland Hyundai, and we absolutely love our sonata! my only complaint is that you guys are so far away from our residence in Ruskin. other than that we love you, and keep up the great work!

Quick and easy in and out. I appreciate them washing my car, also. Comfortable place to wait - though I would appreciate a nook where the TV is not right in my face as I am a reader - not a TV watcher.

Second attempt on dead battery
I brought my vehicle in on 1/25 with a dead battery. And it got recharged for 2 months exactly. This time was replaced with a new battery due to test that were done and I am happy so we'll see how she performs she's running really nice now and hopefully I won't have any problems. Thank you very much, very much.

Service Timeliness Needs Improvement
Service for an oil change and 4-wheel alignment as preventative maintenance, took more than an hour and a half with no timeline or updates provided. On multiple occasions I could overhear the attendant at the desk asking "where is the Ioniq?" (My car). On all previous visits for oil changes, those visits all took over an hour to complete.
