We do keep the air conditioning on mostly year round, but there is another sitting area in the showroom over by the children's play room that is a little more open air and also has a television. The Hyundai Service Experience
As before, the service group was kind, attentive, and professional. They work quickly to get the car analyzed, inform me immediately as to the diagnosis and the expected costs, advise of any other items that they may have found during their analysis and the potential costs as well as when the issue would "need" to be addressed. Lastly, they provide a pleasant wait room atmosphere with friendly associates.

We always get good service done in a timely manner.
Hyundai Lakeland is a very good dealership. The service department just cannot be beat. They treat their customers with respect and take very good care of your car. You get it back washed and clean which is a plus.

My 7500 service
If I didn't have a warranty I would NEVER use this dealership for service. Very disappointing. I dropped off for a service on a perfect condition vehicle and bring it home with problems.

Service staff needs to do better
The sales team was good and I enjoyed buying the car. Dealing with service however is annoying. When you walk in they give you a look as if your annoying them. Hey dear you work on commission so if you want me to pony up some cash than take an interest in my questions and my requests. I bring my car here because of the warranty but i don't appreciate listening to you talk back and forth about your personal lives when I need to get my vehicle serviced.
