Friendly reps
Easy drop off and pick up with the Lyft service. This is a huge plus.
Car serviced well.
The car has not been completely cleaned by service tech, with dark grease marks from hands on the leather. This has been an issue before too.
Also car not kept out after call made that it was ready to be picked up. Had a wait to get the car after arrival to pick up.

My apologies for the grease marks on the leather, if you would like to bring it down I can take it to detail and get it cleaned.  Sorry for the vehicle not being ready for you on pick up due to our lot we park vehicles on the top lot at times and have to bring them down. Guests/customers want to be feel that they are being taken care of, not that they are one of many and come in a pecking order of importance, but to be fair all the mechanical issues were dealt with expediently and the car came back cleaner than when it went in.

Poor communication
I was not notified when the service was completed. I was sitting in the lobby no one came to tell me. I sat waiting for over an hour longer than I should have. I am hard of hearing so if they called out to me from a distance, I did not hear them. My wife said they called her at home after 1 1/2 hours. I sat for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting.

Over all it was a good experience. They could use a bigger sized lot. Too many cars parked where they should not be. Cars line up for service and block access. Trucks can't get in and out. If there was ever an emergencies, access would be very difficult.

Always Verify if your not sure about something
Not to happy with the fact they were trying to sell me something 30,000 miles ahead of the recommended service of a radiator flush and fill. Hyundai says to flush and fill radiator fluid at 60,000 miles and my service center said (recommended) to do it at 30,000. Always verify if you think something is up - or you have questions.

Convenient and Quick Service
Overall experience is very good. Especially like that TH pays for LYFT to take you home from the dealership and to bring you back to pick up your car. Staff is friendly and easy to communicate with.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that repair costs seem high to me, especially since I received a flyer several days before my service date offering discounts on 3 items included in the 15,000 mile checkup. I was advised the discounts apply only if that work is done separately.
