Questionable
Looked over my brakes for free (very nice) BUT the price they came up with was ridiculous I got 3 estimates they were by far the highest I think.they wanted to.do more work.than necessary?!

Darryl said the service was okay and this business got the job done. Their communication needs improvement. He took his vehicle in for one specific thing and they found more and more things that were wrong with it. His vehicle is under warranty but they told him the parts were not under warranty, so he was spending money out of his pocket which was not necessary.

Darryl said the first time he took his vehicle into this business he told the staff what was wrong with it but when he got it back it still had the same issue. He took it back and the staff fixed it.

Nore said this business wanted too much money, but they were okay. She had her vehicle in for service in April for work done on her brakes. She had already paid them a lot of money for that and other things. She went back because she is leaking oil. Now they are telling her, her vehicle is leaking in 3 different places, a gasket, the steering wheel, and another spot. They wanted $2,126 for the service. They did not tell her about this when she had the brakes done. She would not go back and would not recommend them due to these reasons.

Rebuilding Trust
I have been a loyal customer for many years and have referred many people, but the last few years the customer service has slipped and the place feels greedy and doesn't care about their customers anymore. It started when they opened the other locations. I was ready to find another mechanic. But just recently I have noticed things are sort of going back to how they where before and I am hoping to rebuild that trust again. I'm not sure yet is I will be referring anyone anymore, at least not yet. We'll see how things continue.
