I am truly impressed by my experience with Andy and his team (Robert, Kevin) at the Art of Maintenance. Initially, I discovered them while comparing prices among Les Schwab and a few other local shops in Northeast Portland. Andy's communication was prompt, friendly, and engaging; despite my playful teasing, he was committed to earning my business. The Art of Maintenance not only matched their competitors' prices but also provided a better rate than their original quote. Additionally, their offer of Lyft rides for drop-off and pick-up was a significant advantage, as my schedule is quite busy, and I appreciate not having to spend an entire workday at a car shop. They estimated a four-hour project duration, and they delivered on that promise. Their services also come with a warranty. The shop is pristine, everyone is professional, AND they have old school Pac-Man & Galatica, my fave! I'm stoked I found you. You have made a forever client, and I will refer you to everyone I know!
