I dropped my car off on August 5th, 2021 to be checked and fixed. They told me the problem was the FEM . They ordered and replaced it for 1700 dollars. After couple weeks they said sorry it’s not FEM but for sure it’s DME, we’ll replace it for 2400. I payed 700 dollars security deposit for the service.
On November 20th, after a bunch of stories, excuses and promises they called me to pick up my car on Saturday at 7:28 pm, they said that they will not work on my car any more, unbelievable! Very sad and frustrating and they keep the deposit for service that was not done.
