Courteous and honest
The staff is always quick and courteous. They explain what is needed for my vehicle before services are rendered and provide quotes whenever I ask.
I also appreciate the new waiting area and exterior car wash.

The staff
The entire staff here at Fitzgerald are wonderful, professional, accommodating, and patient. They make sure us customers understand in detail everything they recommend, and ultimately, I have never been dissappointed here,and Fitzgerald's Countryside Hyundai will always be my go to place...thank you, guys!!!

Unfortunately when a vehicle is towed in not in running condition we are unable to tell what works until getting the vehicle running again. The repair the vehicle was brought in for did not involve disturbing the AC system in anyway. We did try and accommodate with a 50% discount on the repair.

Little to improve
I got there at 7am and as the tech people passed by none could say good morning (I guess missing the morning coffee) then I when into the office at 7:29am and I was told “we are not open”! I said sorry waited the minute. Then at 7:30am I was call and my car was taken got it back within the hour. Everything when well.

Efficiency and ease of service

Professional
The service group did a nice job. The details of the visit were worked out with Leo at his service desk ( one of 6 ). Wait times were acceptable. The lounge for the customers had a nice flat screen tv, coffee and rest rooms nearby. There was no pressure for extra services which you encounter at some car repair facilities. That, in itself, was nice. After the service was performed, the car got a nice bath and I drove away in my Hyundai clean and sparkly. Leo was a gentleman to work with and he was quite professional. Mr. Fitzgerald, himself, would be proud!
