No one liks to be ignored
Upon my arrival of the maintenance area to get my car service done, I was completely ignored. I had an appointment which I was a few minutes late but that is no excuse in ignoring me. I finally had to ask someone at the cashier area for help. There were things that I was not made aware of at the time the appointment was made of some changes to their service procedures. There were other issues also that made my experience not satisfactory. I will be turning my leased car in very soon and will not be leasing another Hyundai.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. In response to your questions:
1) It sounds like our technician did not reset your service reminder light. Next time you are in the area you can swing in and we can reset if for you quickly.
2) The fuel additive is available for purchased when you service is completed. If you need it before your next service is due it is available for purchase at the parts counter
3) I also agree that 2 hours is too long for basic service. I am working hard to get these types of customer in and out in a more timely manner.

Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation
Had to schedule appointment almost 3 weeks in advance, service took 2 -3/4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Computers went down and said I should have gotten out 15 minutes earlier, but at 2-1/2 hours is a long time for that service.

We apologize for the delay in serviced. Our main computer system went down on the day of your service and this slowed both the service and parts department down to a crawl. We, like every one else, depend on technology to help with daily business operations and when the system goes down it gets very tough to operate efficiently.
