Giuseppe said he was happy with the repair the business provided. They were a couple days late returning his vehicle, due to an issue with the insurance. He was not kept updated. Ira was sending emails to the wrong email address. He was not satisfied with he communication. He called to get the status of his vehicle and got bounced around before he could talk to Ira. He stated he would have preferred someone to have told him that he was busy.

Ivan said he was dissatisfied with the time it took to make the repairs. The repair took one month longer than promised due to a parts delay, maintenance check, and running statistics. The responsiveness of the staff could have been better. He had to contact the facility for repair updates. They did not stay in contact. Because of the length of repair time and the customer service provided, he would not recommend this business for repairs.

Christina said everybody treated her lovely. The problem was that on two separate occasions, she was notified that her vehicle was ready, and when she arrived, she noticed scratches or dings to be addressed. The repair facility had informed the insurance that her vehicle was ready and she essentially was charged an extra day rental fee. She now is working to get the fee covered.
