Don said they get just about everything right. The factory sent a bad part, which had to be replaced again. The technicians could have been more attentive and caught it before he made it home. They do a good job.

Hi Don. Thank you for your comments. First, please let me apologize for the obvious inconvience. Its an unfortunate situation certainly. I can attest to the fact that the technician tested the part before the vehicle was released, and unfortunately the part still failed. We love to see our customers, but never because they have to bring something back! We look forward to working with you again!

Hanna said the staff did a really good job. She had rescheduled three times and they didn't seem irritated at all. They were friendly and nice. After they fixed the vehicle they tightened the steering belt and the vehicle is driving smoothly.
