Location
I think who ever checks quality assurance, down to the last detail before the car is given back to the customer, is important. It can make the difference if the vehicle will be brought back again or not.

Josh said he had a few problems with the vehicle on the way home because the engine kept cutting out and the pro charger over heated. As a result, he had to have his vehicle towed back to his home. They forgot to put his old tuner back in his vehicle, so he has to go back to the business to get it.

Ive been a customer for a while now of Premier Performance. Mainly had work done to my Lightning and F150. But latest visit I guess is that one time out of ten where you are let down. Brought turck in for a engine light. $700 dollars later problem still persists. Besides this last visit, they have been spot on, this last time was not a success.

Feedback
Harrison Cleeland did an excellent job on my car, and even went above and beyond to assist me.
Constructive criticism, I would suggest a dedicated Dyno-Tuner, or even a pair of employees, one to setup and the other to provide the tunes. If Tunes could be provided back to back, with little time spent in between, it would be a much more efficient use of shop resources.
