"2018 Sonata Owner"
The people are very nice and efficient. The reason I may or may not return for service is because of the
hours. Saturdays are way booked ahead. I work from 8am - 4pm. It is also not anywhere near my work
so I would have to sit and wait for whatever service needs to be done. I prefer going close to my work
so I can drop the car off for the day and not have to sit and wait.

Very satisfied with the time it took to address a recall received. I had also requested that a check be done on the battery while the care was in for the recall. The service representative was very accommodating to my needs.

My tire warning light kept coming on for two weeks. I went to the dealer and they realized that this was covered under warranty. I didn't have to pay anything and the service was quick!

"the service normally"
I have always had good service, but Saturday I was very upset that my emissions didn't pass and I have to come back
I was there 4 hours and drove to Conshocken and back and Haverford and back and it still didn't pass
I am bringing it back and if it doesn't pass I' better get a rental car free of charge this wasn't my fault.
Everett couldn't be nicer.

Good experience. Appointment was scheduled for 10 AM. Arrive early and was told Car would be serviced within 90 minutes. Went across the street to the diner had breakfast within 50minutes came back and the car was ready. Very frienfly and professional.

"too expensive"
I find their charges for certain recommendations needed to my car were highly overpriced. I needed a break light and the charge was $23.99; a bulb at the auto store is only $6.99 for 2 in a pack. The recommendation said I needed an alignment; my mechanic said an alignment was not needed. I got an oil change while I was there which included a lube oil filter and the recommendation said I needed one for $39.99. So I find these charges and recommendations unnecessary. Needless to say I declined to get these things done.
