"Friendly, prompt service."
Service was great, but there was a light smell of cigarette smoke in my car when I picked it up. Had to open the windows for it to dissipate.

"The Springfield Hyundai experience."
This is my 6th vehicle purchased from Spring Hyundai, and only in a few rare cases from purchasing to service has there been anything but extreme satisfaction. Since their remodeling, the entire interior is neat and clean. The service, from check in to check out runs smoothly and efficiently.

"Friendly staff"
Staff is very polite. The dealership should however invest in some new seating. Chairs were not in the best condition. Also, oil change service time could be a little better. 50 minutes for an oil change seems overboard.
