"Wish it was closer..."
The reason why I will not necessarily bring my vehicle back here for routine service is simply because it is an hour from my house. If it was closer, I certainly would come back.

"Great service!"
It was easy to schedule the appointment and the wait time was only a little longer than they had said it would be. I just wish there weren't so many recalls on this 2013 Sonata so that I wouldn't have to keep bringing it in!

Everyone at Springfield Hyundai smiles. It's hard to find a business other than Disneyworld where all the employees are smiling. We are always happy to see the employees in the service and sales departments. We are greeted by friendly people who are engaging and interested in providing good customer service. Thanks to everyone for making an otherwise boring chore a nice experience.

I highly recommend the dealership as well as the car product itself. I have had my 2007 Santa Fe for some 10 years now and having bought it new from the dealer. It is a shame that Hyundai dropped the Vera Cruz as it was going to be my next car
